Wanted to get car checked out before I bought it. He was amazing!! He even brought me into the shop And showed me what the different issues were so I could see them and take pictures. I Really appreciated it! He found many things I couldn’t have known.

Our Suburban was leaking coolant so much that we couldn’t drive it to a repair shop. Ricardo came about 30 minutes after I called him to take a look at it. He figured out the problem, ordered the parts and was back the next day to fix it. He came and stayed until it was done. Excellent service, communication and professionalism. The work was done well, efficiently, and for a fair price. I’ll would definitely call him again.

I was on my road trip from Colorado to Oregon and my mini van broke down. I called Vera’s Auto Repair and he was there within 30 minutes. He towed my van to the shop and did testing. The diagnosis was the water pump and timing belt problem. He ordered the parts which came in late in that evening. It was Saturday. They normally don’t work on Sundays, but they came in Sunday morning and worked for hours so I can get back on the road to Oregon to visit my daughter. They are very knowledgeable and professional, and the price was reasonable. I would recommend their shop to anyone.

Ricardo was great! It was a warm Saturday afternoon on a road trip to Texas, me and my sister noticed the left windshield wiper was only going halfway, even though the blades were newish. After stopping for a quick bite, we tried a couple of places to see if they could check on it but no one was available who could. Not wanting to have to stop and delay our arrival if it rains, we found Ricardo via google and gave him a call. He stopped his lunch early and met us, quickly diagnosed the problem, quickly applied a respectable fix, and even corrected another issue with the washer fluid. He was very friendly, helpful, and his prices were very reasonable. In all, he spent less than an hour fixing two problems and getting us back on the road quickly! Although he has an accent, communication was good. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Peru Richard!

Found this shop and was in need of immediate service.. And man did they come through.. They were priced amazing, went above and beyond to do the repair right and in a good timely manner. They are my new go to.

I was in a bind needing a hub pressed onto a new steering knuckle. I explained what I needed to the owner and he jumped right on it. This was on a Saturday afternoon when no other shops were open. The price was very reasonable for about an hours work. I'm very pleased with these guys.

He was a little late. However when he did arrive his service was great. He was able to solve the problem quickly and taught me what had gone wrong with the car. He charged me a fair price for his services and I appreciate that he had been able to come to my house to do all of this work. Thank you.

Great efficient service and honest feedback about what was needed. It can be nerve wracking to trust mechanic companies, but Ricardo was honest and helpful and offered the best price around. I recommend Vera’s and will be taking our vehicles to them in the future.

Ricardo is a great honest mechanic. He has a mobile set up and come to you which is super convenient.

My wife was driving our 04 Prius and the inverter water pump went bad. We live in the Draper area and she was headed with our kids to a family gathering up north. Being close to 7pm at night, most mechanics were closed and since this is not an issue you can continue driving with we were looking at where we could leave the car and figure it out the next day. We found Vera’s Auto Repair on google and Ricardo met us right away in the auto zone parking lot. His pricing was incredibly fair, it ended up being trickier to get the old pump off and he had to drive to downtown salt lake to get the part. Even after all this he only wanted to charge the originally quoted 1 hour of labor. He got my car running before the end of the night and I made it 40 miles back home without any issue. Next time you need car repairs check him out.

Ricardo is the best at what he does! He came to my car that had broken down at my Dr's office and told me what was wrong with it and when the part came in the next day, he worked on it until it was fixed! He even went above and beyond and fixed some other issues on his own!! Ricardo is the best mechanic ever and I recommend Vera's Auto Repair to anyone who has any issues with their car!!
