BC Depot & Agapeland Station

We had our daughters 4th birthday party here and it was perfect! She wanted a pink horse party and Cheryl was able to get party supplies that matched our theme perfectly! We can't wait to do another party here! The kids loved feeding the goats, getting mini horse rides and seeing all the animals! Definitely recommend for a party of any age!

We had our sons' 6th and 3rd birthday parties in the Party Caboose. I think we were one of the first parties to ever be held there. I did a cowboy/old west theme but honestly a train theme or farm theme would have worked well too. There was so much do during the party--be on the train, ride a pony, pet a rabbit, see the buffalo. There was no idle time at the party as the kids went from one activity to the next easily. I would absolutely recommend having a party in the Party Caboose to any one that is looking for a very unusual party venue in Haywood County.

Buffalo Creek Vacations is our favorite place to vacation. We’ve been going for over a decade…sometimes just my hubby and I, and with children & grandchildren. We love the fully appointed & comfortable cabins and transformed cabooses for rental, all the animals (our favs: the bison, goats, llamas, and the turkey), and the warm and welcoming people who run the place. Great family spot run by a great family! On-site, the Agapeland Station at the BC Depot features a huge fully landscaped model train exhibit that amazes the young and old. The patriarch of the family will show and explain just what model trains are all about. There aren’t enough words to explain the breadth of this experience. You have to see it to believe it! Then there’s a caboose set up for rental for birthdays, etc. You can literally stay on-site your vacation without getting bored, but there are lots of nearby activities that can be tapped in the area surrounding BCV, not to mention the beautiful scenery of the Great Smokies. Nope, I’m not a partner or a relative of the owners of BCV, just a customer who loves this place!❤❤❤

Had a joint birthday for my kids in August 2017 and it was a huge success, all the kids and adults had a great time!! The party host was super friendly and helpful. The kids really enjoyed petting the bunnies and the face painting.

Amazing!! They accomadated our large family of 14. Animals are awesome, we had three kids under 12 and they had a blast. We definitely would love to come back!!
