Best pedicure I’ve had in a while. I didn’t catch his name, but he was a middle aged man. He took his time and didn’t rush the service. I will be requesting him every time moving forward!! Also, it was very easy to book an appointment. They squeezed me in on a Saturday morning.

Tom is the absolute best. I have always hated the electrical nail drill and he is so gentle and understanding. I also forgot how long it takes to remove dip nails and redo them, and he stayed late today to finish mine and didn’t rush at all when he could’ve. This place is the best!

Mimi always does a great job with my manicure. She is very warm and friendly and easy to be around.

First off… one of the few places that actually have a working website! Called to get an appointment and they fit us in right away. Thi was our nail ARTIST and he was wonderful! Great conversation, gentle on hands, and precise with work! Beautiful end result too! The whole place was calm and as quiet as a library which was so relaxing! My daughter got her nails done this time but I will be going back to get mine done!!

First time at J&A because my long time pedicurist is now there. A pleasure to see Annie again too after years away. Salon is modern and immaculate and reception friendly. Liked it very much.

I got a pedicure and a manicure. I don’t remember the name of the pedicure but it wasn’t a basic pedicure. It was wonderful. It was worth the extra cost and it included a 10 minute foot massage. I also got a regular manicure and it was very relaxing. Crystal was the young lady that did the manicure and pedicure. It was just a very calming experience .

To start I am from out of state and visited this location needing my nails to be repaired after a different establishment butchered my natural nails. I explained the situation to the receptionist who then placed me with Tom. Let me say that Tom was AMAZING!!!! He took a look asked for the story and promptly began working on restoring my nails. After 2 hours of careful filing and dusting he had managed to not only save my natural nails but keep the length. He took such great care that I almost fell asleep in his chair I was so relaxed. Absolutely the best nail salon/spa I have ever been to. Great service, beautiful technique, clean and calm atmosphere. I think I may need to come into the state a little more often. I definitely recommend.

I took my 10 year old god daughter and we both got manicures. Everyone was so nice! Our nails look great.

My whole family and I go here. Everyone does a great job. Brought my daughter today for a birthday mani/pedi and she felt like a princess!

I was a walk-in. Tom did my nails and was gentle and thorough. My nails look great--he listened and did just what I asked for.

Wonderful pedicure! My 8year old granddaughter had one too. They were just wonderful with her.

Nice greetings, and not that long of a wait. Performed what I asked without trying to over sell anything to me. This will be my number one nail parlor that I will go to. And get gift certificates.

Went for the first time over two weeks ago for a pedicure. They were super friendly and the pedicure was very relaxing and the nail tech was very efficient and did an amazing job.

The picture is of my toes today, which is OVER two weeks after I had the pedicure done. Looks like I just got them done yesterday! I am so amazed. No chips and still looks just as good as it did 2 weeks ago. Longest lasting pedicure I’ve ever had.

I live over 25 minutes away, but plan on going here anytime I am out near Crabtree. Best bang for your buck, for sure!

My first experience at this place was nothing short of amazing. I was in the area for a different reason & I decided to get my nails done while there. I am so glad I chose this location. The customer service was great and the guys (T? Ti? Tee? - no idea the spelling & his dad?) who did my nails were both amazing. So thorough and payed attention to every detail. My acrylic set is completely different (in a good way) than my last two sets at a different place. My nails look so natural and feel so much lighter than my last acrylic nails. It is safe to say I will happily make the 40 minute drive to come to this location where I know I will be 100% happy. Awesome job, everyone!

I’m so glad I found J&A. The salon is immaculate. The employees are wonderful. They do a great job and they truly care about their customers. I had my nails done over the weekend (about my fourth visit to J&A) and it was wonderful to see the care provided to an elderly customer with some mobility issues. You can’t go wrong with J&A!

The folks here are so kind, professional, and talented. Always a good experience!
