Farmers Insurance - Jason Egly

Jason is the most responsive and customer service-oriented insurance agent I have ever done business with. He is friendly, personal, and most importantly, not a computer. Jason answers his customer's phone calls, text messages and emails almost immediately and 24/7. You WILL NOT talk to a computer or a phone bank. Jason was recommended by my realtor when I was buying a home. He has since insured the home, multiple vehicles and a motorcycle. I cannot say enough good things about the service he provides. I have recommended him to many friends. He is a winner, and his team is championship quality as well.

Jason Egly and his agency are right on point when it comes to customer service. After changing my policies to Met Life/Farmers through a work promotion, I had a pretty awful experience with one of Farmers national programs. After doing some research to find a good "local guy," I ran across Jason and his agency and boy can I say what a breadth of fresh air. Jason walked shoulder to shoulder with me through changing my policies and best news is he even saved me some money in the process. You can definitely tell that Jason appreciates his customers and will go above and beyond to make you feel like you are his only client. Jason Egly is awesome! My wife and I currently live out of state but took our time to find the right property insurance for our Nashville home and Jason nailed it, he took his time to go over everything with me and answer so many questions, probably one of the most thorough person I have talked to, and not trying to sell me anything, he is just honest and really personable. I pretty much knew just when I spoke with him thats who I wanted as my agent, when people say lead by example to me he is that example, we wish we had Jason in Florida to be our agent here haha, but we just wanted to say a special thank you to you Jason and your team for taking your time and really helping us out, you really did an amazing job, so grateful to have you as our agent, thank you!

I was in need of business insurance and found this agency on google maps. My experience with Jason is above excellent! As a small business owner I’m always quite busy and everyday I have so many things on my “to do” list. Of course I was planning to get this done by mid day since it was Friday but as always I had to be so many places before I can get to this. Of course time runs faster when one is busy and it was getting to late afternoon. I called Jason and he had not hesitated to meeting me.
Jason was very friendly, professional, helpful and payed attention to get all details to find right coverage for my business specific needs. Looking forward to continue to work with Jason as my business grows to stay covered properly. Jason is the best agent you find if you are looking for property insurance in Tennessee and Alabama. You'd be doing yourself a disservice by not using him. He's very thorough and will spend however long it takes to make sure you under and are comfortable with your policy coverage. I was really pleased with him and will be DEFINITELY using him for all of my investment properties going forward.

I cannot imagine a better team to have on your side. Jason Egly and his team and Tony Daniels (a catastrophic loss claims representative) are wonderful. My house took a direct hit from the tornado in March 2020. Jason reached out at 3AM after I submitted my initial online claim to make sure I was OK and Tony was there every step of the way over the next 9 months to explain the process and answer all of my questions as I worked to get my house put back together in the midst of the pandemic. On top of all that, I’ve found Farmers’ rates to be very competitive.

Jason Egly is an extremely kind and thoughtful person. It just so happens he is a very good insurance agent. He takes the time to make sure I am getting the most appropriate coverage to meet my needs rather than just the ordinary template of auto or homeowners coverages most agencies WANT to sell YOU.
