Spangler Restoration Raleigh

In September we found evidence of a water leak coming from our upstairs bathroom off the primary bedroom. After calling our homeowners insurance company, they contacted Spangler Restoration to start the process of remediation and to fix the underlining problem. It was surmised that it was either the drain pipe for the shower or the pan. We were SO fortunate to be assigned the most amazing project manger, Isaiah Peck! We have had various home projects and repairs throughout the years and never had someone so on top of every aspect of the repair/remodel/update. He met us at vendors to pick out tile, countertops, and cabinets. He kept us abreast of the schedule of contractors and would communicate immediately if there were to be changes. He was incredibly responsive to texts and phone calls. As most of us know home construction/remodel projects are not super fun but Spangler and more importantly Isaiah made this one better than any we have done before. Thank you, Isaiah!

We had an upstairs water leak that caused a significant amount of damage both upstairs and downstairs.

The mitigation team, led by Chris Turner, quickly initiated the drying process. The workers were all polite and professional and completed this phase within a few days.

The next phase was repair and restoration, led by project manager Robert Head. In addition to the repairs, we decided to do some kitchen upgrades. Robert has extensive experience -- both hands-on and driving projects -- and guided us through the process. He patiently answered all our questions, provided us an overall schedule, and communicated every morning what to expect for that day.

The project went smoothly and was completed ahead of schedule. We enjoyed getting to know Robert and some of the workers and appreciate all their hard work. We're very happy with the results!

Spangler showed up within an hour of calling at 9pm on a Friday night to start mitigation from a water flood from an upstairs toilet. They were friendly and very helpful getting things cleaned up and assisting us with what would need to be done with insurance and repair work. Highly recommend!

Isaiah Peck, project manager for Spangler Restoration, oversaw the reconstruction of our master bath. From the very beginning, he was very professional and thorough. I used SpangleR for hardwood floor refinishing after a water leak. Isaiah--our project manager--gave me a detailed timeline of when the work would be started and finished and what would be done. Everything was done on time and appears to be to a high standard. The only outstanding issue is some minor accidental damage to an appliance from a subcontractor which SpangleR is in the process of rectifying. No complaints!

Having water damage is a nightmare. We tried a restoration company and they did the drying part ok. But then they abandoned us. Much time passed while we lived with a kitchen subfloor. We tried everything to get our repairs going with no success. Then, our insurance company put us in touch with Spangler. Everything started moving. Our project manager, Isaiah Peck, thoroughly explained the process. He even quoted dates. Then he set about getting the job done. Thank you, Isaiah. Great job.

Spangler Restoration under the direction of project manager Isaiah Peck just finished restoring my water damaged floors and did a great job. All the ones involved did a timely and great job. I would highly recommend them.

Spangler Restoration came into the picture to address the damage resulting from a water leak issue associated to the main shutoff valve. Work was done in 2 parts - Remediation followed by Repairs.

The initial team tackled the remediation aspect of the water damage in the house and crawl space. This team got off to a rocky start and had to have one of them replaced in order to get the work done in a cohesive and co-operative manner. Kudos to the PM (Derrick) for being very responsible and effective in managing the situation.

Second team was responsible for the repairs, painting, replacing / sanding / refinishing the hardwood floor as well as moving the contents out and bringing it back. PM (Isaiah) was on top of everything and made the exercise as smooth as possible. He made sure the sub-contractors were lined up to have the work carried out systematically and kept me informed of the progress throughout the project as well as adroitly handling any changes which came along the way. Work was completed on time and the end result was very good. Overall, I was pleased with the quality of work done by the sub-contractors which Isaiah selected to carry out the different tasks of the repair process. Special mention to the clean-up crew of 3 ladies who did an amazing cleanup job at the end of the repair process.

I had concerns going into the relationship with Spangler Restoration for this work but this experience made me realize a small company is nimbler and more accommodating to a customer’s needs. Spangler Restoration delivered on all fronts and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Keep up the good work and hold on to the wonderful customer focused employees like Derrick and Isaiah.

Overall, from beginning to end, the process was smooth. Everyone we worked with was professional, explanatory, courteous and flexible. Isaiah was our main POC and was always there when needed regarding questions, timeframe, etc. He explained everything to us and turned a stressful situation into something that made us more comfortable.

We called them on a friday at 8pm, they were at the clients house at 9pm. Amazing response time and service. The dream restoration company for insurance agents.

Over a 10 year span, this is the 2nd time I have worked with Spangler Restoration. We had to have our hardwood floors replaced and Robert Head from Spangler was attentive, responsive and laid out clear expectations of the process. The process was great the second time around as well as the first . His contractors were all good. I have nothing negative to say and highly recommend their work. When you are dealing with your home, everyone wants things to be done right and you want peace of mind. We got that with Spangler.

What a fantastic Team! SpangleR Restoration Experts changed a disaster to a dream come true. From when I first discovered the water damage and contacted SpangleR for an estimate, working with Traveler's Insurance, who tried to "low ball" the estimate. Fortunately, the professional Spangler Team stepped in, provided quality work, with the project manager keeping me informed of the entire process.

Spangler Restoration was very empathetic during a time when I was losing everything. The individuals that came in to pack me up were courteous. The help with finding someone to do the air quality and explain what was happening was so beneficial in my circumstances. Because of their diligence and concern I have been able to understand fully what the lost and what mt mgmt should have done. Spangler did a great job on my restoration project. Isaiah scheduled all work to be completed as efficiently as possible and all the contractors did excellent work. He also made sure I understood and was satisfied with every step of the process.

Robert was super responsive and a very good communicator. We had water damage due to a burst pipe on our second floor that required drywall work, painting, and the replacement of our entire first floor. We had several surprises along the way, found during demolition of our old floors, which required some back and forth with our insurance company, so everything took longer than originally estimated, but all along the way we felt well informed, and that all details were promptly handled. The work was very good, done expediently, and we are very happy with the results. We would use this company again!

Water heater expansion tank burst on Saturday morning. My insurance company contacted Spangler in Raleigh and Austin was there by early afternoon setting up dehumidifiers and air handlers on three floors. James came Monday morning to check the status, rearrange machines, and demo areas that were not drying. Without any assistance, he worked throughout the day and came by twice later in the week to make sure all was well. Austin came back on Friday removing the machines once my home was completely dried out. Both James and Austin were polite, professional, and helpful--especially when I didn't even know the questions to ask.
