Dockside Restaurant

First time here and didn't know where the entrance was but folks here are extremely nice and welcoming! Someone guided me to the entrance. It is around the back, all the way down the dock. Just keep walking and pass the outside bar. Beautiful dock views. Food was awesome!

Chloe B was our server and was a phenomenal server! Chloe took care of our needs and want and even did something special for my son's birthday! I appreciate her taking care of us for our dinner last night (3/8/2024). She definitely deserves all the recognition. Excellent server! Keep hiring people like her and the place will continue to be phenomenal!

Perfect spot for a quick bite right on the Marina. Treated to a warm January day, we were seated outside. Chose the special which was a salmon BLT, and it was delicious.

Perfect place to stop and grab a bite. We didn't wait long for service and the food came out hot and fast. Great atmosphere for sure. Price was good, cost us $40 for 2 people. I'll definitely go there again.

I have eaten at many other places in Wrightsville Beach but this was my first time at Dockside... and I'm so sad I am just finding it! It was amazing on all counts. The host and waiter were both very professional, warm, and responsive. The food and drinks were absolutely beautiful and so incredibly delicious. We ate outside on a warm sunny day and watched the boats glide by. I will have trouble going anywhere else from now on, and I can't wait to return. Five stars all the way.

What a great place..... the views are just gorgeous. The service is very good and such friendly helpful staff. The food was absolutely amazing. I'm in town on business and the food was so good I've eaten there 3 days straight. It's just a fabulous place to grab a great meal with unbelievable views of the water and have a few cold drinks. A must if you are in the area!!!

My daughter wanted to get some seafood. I’ve seen and heard of this place multiple times but I’ve never been here. Cool place by the water, the presentation was great and the food was good. The margarita was crazy expensive, I will definitely not order another margarita here but I would eat here again.

Great place to come and eat. Just bring your boat up. Near the water with amazing scenic views.

One of my favorite places in the Wilmington area! You can't beat the view, the relaxed atmosphere, and the casual food. Our server Meghan provideded the perfect birthday experience today. She was so sweet and gave excellent service. Thanks Dockside for being an awesome, reliable place to come take in some salt air. My happy place :)

Great spot to sit by the water and eat some good food with good drinks. We are here every few weeks at least, especially on nice days over the winter. The outdoor area can get busy quickly, but that is just a testament to what a great spot it is.

They also have pull up dock spots so if you are out and about on the boat you can dock and hang out. We’ve done that twice and it’s so much fun, not just for us but the kids as well.

The food was good. Loved the 1/2 lb peel shrimp! They were flavored well and hot and fresh. The crab cakes were also delicious. I would have liked a few more side options but I was thankful that my waitress suggested doing a side salad. The atmosphere is not as dressy as I thought it would be, It was more of a beachy dive... Not necessarily a bad thing!! But don't wear your ball gown lol. Overall good experience!

One of my favorite restaurants of all time since the early 90's. We ate outside overlooking the Inland Waterway (causeway) basking in the Wrightsville Beach sun. Never gets old, especially when the food is local perfection, and top tier.

Only been here a few times in the past, but I have no complaints; whether you’re on vacation or live nearby, I’d recommend this place. Their rum punch is really good too👌🏻

Definitely will be back. We sat outside, nice view. I had the fish tacos and chips, delicious! Our waitress was friendly and checked on us just the right amount of times. Not a long wait for food.

Wow! Some of the best shrimp and grits I’ve had. My wife loved the parmesan chicken too. Our server was amazing! We will come back.

Hands down one of my favorite places to eat and the view is stunning! I have been going to Dockside Restaurant for years to get the crab cake sandwich. They have the best crab cake sandwich in town! I always opt to get the steamed veggies too! Everyone working practiced social distancing and wore a mask. The tables were spaced apart and we felt safe dining inside. Bathrooms had plenty of products and were clean. I would highly recommend Dockside and we will definitely be back!

Not the best food, but it's an awesome location with beautiful views. A great place to get some drinks and share an appetizer. The menu is worth a try.
