Danielle did an excellent job, fixing a water leak that we had in our basement. I was impressed with the timeliness of the repair. Highest ratings goes to Danielle for a job well done!!!

Quick, reliable and professional. Old water heater would not stay lit. We were able to get an installer, Dylan (5 star professional), the very next day. Given the age of the water heater, we decided to get a new one. Dylan was able to install the same day, at 4:00 p.m.! We decided to also get the maintenance plan, also. In total, we paid $2,923.00. Very reasonable price for the awesome product and service. Highly recommend Friendly plumber, heating and air.

My water heater was overflowing and Jordan arrived shortly after my call to Friendly Plumber. He was able to make a repair but informed me that my old house was needing some new pipes and this fix would probably be temporary. He checked all my pipes, sinks, and connections told me what needed to be replaced and what did not. I felt he was honest and open with the problems and the bid. I got another acceptable estimate but went with Friendly based on my prior experience.

Jordan was able to schedule the further work around our complicated schedule and the team of Jordan, Juan and Rick did a great job. They were professional, courteous and went beyond what was required to leave me with an up-to-date home that will serve me for years.

Always fantastic service! From the moment you call to the end of the service! All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and get the job done. They always get you scheduled for an appointment no problem. We just had a new toilet installed by Jordan and John they arrived on time and were so nice answering all of our questions. We’ve also had Jeremy do our tune ups and he’s just great and very informative.What a professional team and we couldn’t be happier with the work! Would highly recommend!

Would highly recommend Danielle. She is both knowledgeable and so willing to share information with homeowners so we can better understand problem solving in our own homes. We had a pipe leak from our shower drain. Friendly plumbing provided a next day service and provided a good discount for a more reasonable price!

Friendly’s technician Richard was top notch. He arrived at the early end of the appointment window and was very efficient. He checked my whole home humidifier to ensure it was working properly and explained how I needed to adjust the settings to obtain the effect I was comfortable with. He explained that even though the system was working exactly as designed, it was under warranty so that in the future if there was a problem it would be covered. I love how Friendly employees are so well trained and so professional. I would be happy to have Richard as my technician next time a plumbing issue needs to be checked. Thank you Richard for adding a nice touch to my day!

Rich was helpful and explained to me what we could do to keep our furnace going longer. He explained how it works so we could avoid things that were shortening it's life. I was given estimates on services we needed and whether they were urgent or not. He was relatable and definitely someone I trust to get the job done!

We love Friendly Home Services because they always educate us about our AC and furnace, being clear about what needs to be done to keep them in top performance but NEVER pressuring us to have the service done immediately.
They are friendly and knowledgeable. We will always call them as we can trust them. We have never been displeased with their service. Today it was Matthew Hernandez that serviced our furnace for our annual check up and did a great job!

We’ve used them before but never had as excellent experience as today. Dylan Ewen is amazing. Professional, understanding, kind and did a great job. Did exactly as he stated, cleaned up and asked if we had any questions. I highly recommend and want Dylan E to be recognized and will ask for him again by name.

We had Friendly come out to Tooele and service our furnaces and install Nest thermostats. Our technician was friendly, thorough and efficient. He took pics of both units and went over everything with me. Also, walked me through the Nest set up on both thermostats as well. Very happy with our experience!

Danielle did a fantastic job. Pretty much needed to replace the entire old cast iron sewer stack. Explained things clearly. Completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. I think she actually left the place cleaner than it was when she started. I hope I never need to but I know who will get the call. Friendly Plumber, Heating & Air!!

Fast response to a fairly urgent situation. We’ve always appreciated Friendly’s technician slow and today Danielle and John added to our positive experience. We’re facing a significant “project” and they explained it thoroughly and gave us options.

Follow up: The work was completed yesterday by Miguel and Corey. They worked efficiently and continued consistent communication on the situation and progress. The area was clean and tidy when they departed.

From the initial phone request through the entire service call, the employees were excellent. Whoever answered the phone calmed me immediately when I was ready to cry, she was super kind. Our serviceman was Dylan E; he was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. You have gained a loyal customer.

Just had a great experience with Dylan G. From Friendly Home Services. Our old water heater finally gave up the Ghost and Dylan installed the new heater, cleaned up some code issues and took the the old heater with him. Great guy, great service!

Great job! I called them after two failed HVAC appts with my furnace still not working. They talked about replacing circuit boards.

Today the tech from Friendly cleaned a small part the last tech failed to clean. Everything is working smoothly now.
