I have always been treated with the upmost respect and they have been very active in helping me with my personal life and pain management. I loved Dr. Tracy when he was there and I like Dr. Jeff Weber. Thank you so much

I want to Say that I think dr.Tracy Smith., is probably one of the most caring compassionate doctors in his field of studies that I have ever seen he has always directed me in the right direction and being very concerned and patient with all of my medical needs there has never been a incident that Dr. Smith did not take his time with my appointment even when I have been late I highly recommend Dr. Tracy Smith. over any other doctor in this type of practice these doctors see a lot of different walks of life And Dr. Smith has never made me feel less then if you are ever in need of his services please go see this practice and decide for yourself And his staff have always been wonderful and very patient with me I give this practice five stars and more if I could great job guys keep up the good work any new practice has It’s ups and downs and you cannot satisfy everyone keep doing what you all are doing !!’A1 job!!!

Went here a while back and doesn't sound different, he got on FB when I was in his office a patient called he listed out all her meds while I'm sitting there, went and looked him up, well you go see for yourself very similar to several reviews here.

Terrible, had to wait over a week to get meds. I would have to call & call and call to even get anyone. He is very inappropriate as well. No Dr needs to ask questions about your personal ( do I have a man with benefits?) during an office visit. This was not just 1 time but several occasions. He made me feel very uncomfortable. He is not professional at all. He is actually very creepy!!

Tracy is great! But the employees do not value patients time. I was scheduled for a 1:00 pm appointment today and was told to get there 15 minutes early by the office assistant Tai to check in and they are on lunch from 12pm until 1 pm, then 1 pm is here still doors locked no answer when calling the office phone and. Y this time I have been sitting out in the 90 degree heat for 45 minutes! Still door not open or response when calling! They are very rude self centered and inconsiderate at this office the only reason I stay is because Tracy is a good doctor! Otherwise it’s a horrible messed up place!

Terrible had trouble every month getting my medication. I guess they screen there calls my insurance company, pharmacy and disability attorney could never reach them.

He doesn't have concern and care for his patients he prescribed a medication I had currently been on that didn't control my pain and told me don't get it filled and we would discuss it on my next visit, leaving me without medication and to suffer for an entire month I wouldn't recommend anyone to this man...

This place is sorry, only thing I can say,when u are terminated, they will not help u till u find another doctor, Tracy Smith is worthless,
