I will give them 6 stars if there is the choice. Very systematic and friendly people. Lina helped me with the order and suggestions and when they came to install some parts were missing. Lina helped me out proactively. I was impressed by their contingency reaction. I bought a 7502G, the design is fabulous. The fan is strong and quiet. My wife loves it. Highly recommended!! Must get one.

Fotile is definitely the best range hood you could ever find in the Houston market. Gorgeous, quiet and efficient!! My kitchen has been free of smell after it landed. It is pretty pricy compared to most other brand. However, it's worth every penny you spend on it. Divide the whole cost to days you will use, and you will realize it's acceptable if you want to enjoy your cooking.

Also, the sales are very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. All you need to do is correctly measure your stove before your visit and listen to their suggestion.

I bought a kitchen ventilation here. The product and service is awesome. The agents here are very kind and professional. They helped me find out the most doable and economical solution for my house to install a ventilation. Because my kitchen is in the middle of my house and surrounded by rooms. A filter was installed to filter the lampblack and it works very well!

We have it installed right after Christmas, very modernized looking outside and powerful functionality inside. The whole family liked it! The service in store are great, we also got some gifts during purchasing. Will come back again!

The JQG7501 is the perfect product for a Chinese food kitchen, a V shape design, and beautiful black color, with 90° automatic fume baffle plate, auto delay shutdown features to prevent the smoke stay at home. Don't need to open the door for cooking again, and easy to clean. Their installer is a professional. So, this investment is worthy.

Just bought a range hood from this shop, after 2 weeks use, i am very happy with it, I should buy long time before, it works quietly and effectively, and easy to clean.
Highly recommended, oh, they have a test device in the shop, staff their can demo how it works.

Purchased during Christmas holiday, Fotile is A big name in China, I trust their quality. After installation, I was amazed by the outlooking. It was very modern, attractive. It is very quiet, Suction power is very good.

The sales team done a great job working out the issues. We received our system and couple days later the installation team completed hook up of the JQG 7505 along with new duct for ventilation.

The work is professional and timely. The management team provided support and resolved the issue related to rogue contractor... great job!

Dec 28th, 2019 -- We are actively working with their manager to resolve an issues related to their rogue installation contractor. The contractor ( surname, Chen陈) requested deposit during a site visit and has not placed our order into Fotile's fulfillment system.
So far their managment has informed us that contractor is under performance review and we will see if we can get our deposit back...
We will provide an full review once the matter is resolved...

The contractor installed the hood very quickly and professional. We like the new model 7505. It is very easy to operate, low noise, and nice look. Purchased this range hood over the Thanksgiving weekend. Now had it installed before the New Year! Extremely quiet even when you turn on to large fan. For stood/steam use small fan there is no sound at all. Can not smell anything while cooking especially when doing the Chinese Sauteed cooking. Good for the health and good for the kitchen.

We like this range hood. Quite stylish and easy to use. Good for home cooking.

Good customer service at the store. The installation went very smoothly. They removed the original over the range microwave and install JQG7502 in just 1.5 hours with detail explain on maintenance. The product works efficiently and has less noise than the original one.

We recently purchased a Range hood JQG7505 from Fotile store at Sugar Land, TX. The machine is excellent - strong aspiration, quiet, easy to clean, and having extended warranty (totally 8 years). In addition, the machine looks beautiful, with non-touching switch on/off and bright light. We give five-stars rating, and recommend for buying.

Great hood do a great job! We changed our old one with the FOTILE JQG7505 Range Hood while a holiday deal coming. I'm sure it works much better than the old one. The smell and oil of cooking will not be a problem for us. Meanwhile, I would like to thank the staff for their considerate service.
