From day one I knew I had placed my husband in the hands of caring angels. We were there 7 months so every one became family, I couldn't of asked for more perfect staff of people. I want to commend the CEO of the hospital along with Trish Jackson you should be proud of the employees there at Life Care I know I can't give all the credit due on here so if I can ever be assistantance please feel free to contact me cause I have more to share. Thank you to all the nurses that I personally got to get to know. Yall are all sweet hearts I'm having a hard time adjusting to my new life as it is. I miss my new family. Although my husband didn't make it his last few months, weeks, days meant alot to me and his family.

FINAL UPDATE!!!
They took absolutely great care of my dad!!! The communication was nothing short of awesome, and my dad said they made sure he was well taken care of. I was worried, but when it was all said and done, they get 5 STARS!!!! The case manager, and operations manager did a great job of reaching out. I have no complaints, and my dad have none, that alone says a lot!!!!

Just this morning, I agreed to move my dad to this hospital for long term care. I truly hope some of these negative reviews are exaggerations, or have been resolved. now I'm a bit nervous!!!
UPDATE: I wrote the statement above earlier, I can already say that “from my own experience” so far,,, I’m impressed!!! The hospital has contacted and they definitely made me feel better about my dad going there tomorrow!! I can travel out the country knowing they will keep me informed, and he will be cared for. I’ll give another review when the process is all done.

Thanks Lifecare for helping my husband. Everyone including front reception, cleaning crew, welcome committee, nurses doctors and miscellaneous staff were all helpful, caring, kind and friendly. Thanks for the good care.

LifeCare Dallas has been a bright spot in this journey following Dad's accident. The doctors, nurses, techs, and administration have been kind as well as professional. We are thankful for everyone here: Dr. Wedin for his medical knowledge and personable bedside manner; Dr. Pompeo and Nancy for their skillful wound care; All the nursing staff for their diligent care; Every tech for the constant compassion as they tend to Dad; and our case worker, Kaye, for her kindness and expertise.

This hospital was amazing. The nurses and doctors were attentive to my lovd one.

I have been in LifeCare for over a month. The nurses and the tech(cna's) and the physical therapy and the doctors are all the staff are just wonderful. They are very helpful and very concerned about the patients. I would recommend this place anyone that needed wound care help. You could not find a better place than Life Care Hospital of Dallas.

I had a wonderful experience here all things considered. I was impressed by the nursing and respiratory staff. When I was first admitted I was unsure if I made the right the decision, but the staff really changed my mind. The doctors and nurses were really kind, expedient, and also really calmed my anxiety. I am definitely thankful for everyone involved in making my stay as comfortable as possible

I spent about two months at lifecare Hospital in Dallas and I must say they provided outstanding quality and supreme care for me. My doctors Dr.KENG and Dr. Patel were always present and answered any questions I had. The nurses were outstanding and very caring. Kudos to My favorite nurse Fred who had a great attitude which helped to keep my spirits up. The PT/OT team are outstanding. They provided therapy daily which prepared me for my transition home. The CEO Joy would stop by my room to see if I had any concerns. The technicians took very good care of me and housekeeping kept my room clean daily. My case manager Albert always looked out for my best interest as he did for everyone. My ambassador Ms. Shawn was outstanding and always available to address any needs or questions. I cannot forget Juan the best dialysis nurse in the world! I could not have asked for a better staff to care for me during those long months in the hospital. Thank you all ❤

The staff on the 3rd floor were very nice and attentive when my daughter's dad was transferred there a few weeks ago. They all did what they could do for him and had the cafe staff to bring us some food because we didn't get a chance to eat. Femi and Fred were great too. Cassie was patient when my daughter lost her cool for a bit. I have never seen a hospital that is so clean, professional staff, and patient. I was really touched when the 2 nurses (sorry I forgot y'all's names), at the desk immediately 'suited up' to assist the gentleman from the funeral home without anyone asking them to...KUDOS to the 3rd Floor staff! And on behalf of my daughter, Thank you all very much!

Thank you LifeCare for helping my husband during his Covid Recovery! Thank you to Dr. Weiden! He is awesome and very understanding. Thank you to all the techs on the floor always keeping my husband comfortable! LifeCare really helped my husband feel at home. He felt comfortable with everyone. Physical Therapy really went the extra mile with helping my husband’s recovery and getting him stronger! Thank you Fred, RN who always helped us when needed. Francella Respiratory is the best!!! Housekeeping is amazing always on top of making sure our room is clean and sanitized. The entire hospital is always clean. Food is great. My husband was here for more than 2 months and he couldn’t ask for the best care. Ronnie PCT always made my husband laugh. Avery PCT made my husband feel comfortable as a friend. Brenda and David RN are the best nurses! It takes a village and I can truly say this village helped my husband come home sooner! Thank you LifeCare!

I transfered here from a hospital recovering from double pneumonia.
The staff here were all quite attentive and made my stay a pleasant experience. The attending physicians were great showing genuine interest in my treatment and recovery.The "hospital food" was tasty with generous portions! Overall a very nice experience.

They see a need for a patient and do everything as soon as humanly possible to meet that need. They are caring, understanding, motivated and prepared to meet medical complications. The staff works together in unison as a team before my eyes. (Unlike other professionals who only lay claim to working as a team.) I would advise anyone to seek professional medical healthcare here.

Although I would strongly advise to be particularly cautious when choosing a Hospice Agency. The Hospice Agency chosen should be a well informed and properly researched decision. Just because an agency has a license to do business does not necessarily mean they are capable to perform all the tasks needed in order to be in that business effectively.

I thank the staff for allowing me to ask questions and then being given honest answers. Thank you all for everything!! If it were not for an unfortunate circumstance to begin with we would not have met. Thank you for the sharing, caring and the healing environment you provide.

My husband was transferred to Lifecare after bring in CCU for 30 days. He was in Lifecare for about 36 days for rehabilitation after Covid Pneumonia. The staff, nurses, doctors, janitors and even the food provided were excellent. We were very thankful for this hospital. He left not needing any oxygen!

I'm Missael's wife. In the 3 days that he has been a patient at LC, he has been striving! I really like the care he receives here, everyone here is very nice & compassionate towards their patients.

Great experience I had. Trina is awesome she takes great care of your needs. Kaye is my case manager she works very close to you. Overall good experience.

This was a great experience for me i felt taken care of and not like i was a burden the nurses and all of the staff have been very supportive and kind i really recommend this place for anyone who needs help the people and the care is outstanding. Thank you so much for everything life care!

The entire staff took such good care of my mother. I can’t even begin to highly recommend life care enough. The doctors and nurses were compassionate and attentive. The second night there even the CEO came by shook my hand and assured me that if there’s anything that he could personally do to make her say they’re better day or night that he would take care of it. I’ve never had a better experience in healthcare.
