This is one of the smaller USPS locations in Nashville. This Christmas I was running behind on shopping and one Saturday I rushed to get a Card to my loved ones before it closed. Upon arrival I realized the holiday rush had already hit. I was in a hurry, and had an Uber waiting on me, so I tried the self-service kiosk, but it was out of order. I started to walk for the door, thinking I'd just have to do it the following Monday morning.

Before leaving, I heard a voice behind me. "Is it not working?" And there was a sweet woman there with a stack of Christmas cards ready to mail out.

I explained it wasn't, and with the line being so long I'd have to come back as I forgot my stamps at home.

The woman kindly offered me the last of her four stamps so I could mail out the card, and it arrived before Christmas! I am so excited that there are genuinely sweet people like this out there in the world, and that I meet them at the US Post Office.

Used this location multiple times to apply for a visa and mail very important documents. Annie has always been incredibly patient with me, helping me navigate a super complex process. Always happy to see her!

Ive used this post office for years and have no complaints

Not sure why this place only has 2.5 stars, easiest USPS I've ever been to in the Nashville area and the staff was super friendly. Y'all rock!

I stopped into this Post Office and was pleasantly surprised by how efficient and helpful the employees here were. I was in and out very quickly, mostly because of the Super efficiency and extreme helpfulness of Postal employee Annette who works here. Annette went out of her way to help not only myself but others who were in line and came to her counter. One woman was struggling with the assembly of a (small) priority mail cardboard box. Annette happily and quickly assembled it for her with a huge smile on her face before going on to help the rest of us in line. She's amazing! Please clone her. 😁

Zavonte helped me tremendously with 2 of my packages to "ensure" they are protected. He was generous with his time, and helpede with my packages all with a smile. I appreciate him and his genuine manners and helpfulness!

I ship a ton of books from this location. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Not one of my shipments have been lost or even late. Would recommend!

They have what they need to run a post office. Their staff is small though, so things take a while. They are serving a whole lot of people in this area, so it's often crowded. Especially around the holidays.
