Best Buy

Since getting a Best Buy Credit Card in 2020, I’ve had a great experience overall. My LG C1 stopped working the same day I took it home but I went back and they exchanged it, no question asked, and even loaded it in my truck for me.
Products are always in stock at this location. Pick ups and returns are easy and hassle free. Their credit card promos for purchases outside of Best Buy are amazing! I get 0%APR financing and Best Buy rewards to top it off. I also signed up for the Total Plus membership which already paid for itself with all the savings and discounts I get. The “Drops” feature is also amazing and lets total and plus members get first dibs on highly sought after items. This location is also very clean and super helpful.

This Best Buy is always great. It is large, well stocked with more variety than other Best Buy’s. The people working here are always friendly and helpful. They place has always been clean and well-maintained, yet they are remodeling to make it even better. Even during remodeling, it is still very well kept.

Sophi helped us pick out a new laptop and talked us through all of the specs we needed. She was very detailed, helpful, and very friendly! Thank you Sophi! :)

To store agent Schuyler in location 261 w 2100s Salt Lake City. Schuyler is Very patient and helpful, knowledgeable, he knows what his doing and professional in his position, also his manager Sebastian was really helpful as well, with both of the gentleman’s patience and actually listening what customer are talking about, I finally got what I really wanted a ROG Zephyrus M16 4090. I could not be happier. Thank you again for your service!

I am a senior..poor with computers. I was scared to come in when my laptop died. The gentleman simply pushed the on/off button a few seconds and it went on!!. He said it needed a recycle. No waiting, no big bill, no buying a new computer. I was thrilled. Thank you.

Everyone is super nice and helpful and even helped a few people myself looking for gaming recommendations. Was happy to do it. Love this store.

Probably the best Best Buy in the SLC area. You can still try the DSLR cameras in person before you make a major purchase

It is getting harder and harder to find a good computer electronic store. Best Buy may not beat Amazon or Newegg but for picking up a few computer parts like external hard drives and installing them the same day, I have to admit they are very nice to have around.

VERY helpful staff and willing to make sure you have exactly what you're looking for and answer questions!

I'm in Salt Lake City, temporarily, waiting for a lung transplant. We needed a tv for my caregiver to keep her occupied. Found a really good deal on a 42" smart tv on Amazon but it was coming from Best Buy so we just went and picked it up ourselves. It was a great deal and the salesman was very helpful finding the right unit and getting it to our vehicle.

Jasper was so helpful! My husband and I went to the store wanting new stereos added to our vehicles and he made sure to walk us through the process and advise on how to save money. He was very attentive and we are very pleased with our service.

Travelling around America I had an issue with my lifeline - my laptop. Angel in the computer section helped me with overcoming the issue after being told elsewhere it could be a software or motherboard issue.
We tried a new power cord and it recommenced charging.

Really nice large Best Buy with a full supply of everything electronic you could think of! Will be coming back to get my TV’s, pc, and video gaming needs in the future. One of the better Best Buy’s I’ve been to!

Very friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond. At least if you talk to them respectfully of course. One let mestocks. From their BB online store and helped me do it when they didn't have what I wanted in stock. And when it arrived and I had changed my mind about the size, they accepted it as a return with full refund. I had the receipt and hadn't opened it.

I took my GMC Explorer hightop van to upgrade whole car audio system, remote start, backup camera, dash cam, smart 32” tv setup there. This South Salt Lake location has more knowledgeable employees and better than any other Best Buy we went by.
The complicate jobs went smoothly and really well. I recommend this location to all my family and friends there.

My girlfriend and I just purchased some Gaming Pc’s and Tina helped us find the best bang for our buck, I believe she mentioned a survey but I can’t seem to find a link so this is the next best thing, if you ever need someone who knows what they’re talking about and will answer any questions you have then go in and ask for Tina!

I generally like Best Buy. They are not by any stretch the cheapest, but they are local and a good place to get a variety of items. And every once in a while a good deal too.
