BJ's Wholesale Club

I love BJ’s Wholesale Club! The prices are GREAT, the coupons add more value and the gas prices are the best in town! The staff is also courteous and professional! Keep up the GREAT work!!

I had my tires on my 2014 RX 350 Lexus recently rotated. Unfortunately, the lock wheel key was nowhere to be found! Ashton, BJ’s employee, immediately called to inform me of this. I had walked up to the shopping area and was not in the waiting room. When I got back, together we searched for it and he found it!

The essence of this review is to praise Ashton on his professionalism, his competence and his outstanding customer service. I asked to speak to his supervisor and shared these observations with him. Ashton’s genuine interest and concern upon realizing I had no clue where to find the missing key was impressive. His energy was positive and pleasant. He was very, very busy (as he was there by himself that day). But he gave me his undivided attention and gave me the quality service that went above and beyond the call of duty.

I want to thank Ashton for making this experience exceptionally positive. He is knowledgeable and his interpersonal skills are “icing” on the cake! Again, thank you Ashton!

Nicole, my cashier checked out my mother and I this evening. She was very professional, and went above and beyond to assist me my suggesting I upgrade my current membership to the next tier which will earn me cash back. She has an amazing personality and excellent customer service!

Had some things to return without my receipts. The clerk went above and beyond to look up the purchases through my account, to give me the original prices back. One of the items had gone on sale, so without her diligence, I would not have received the full refund. That is great customer service!!

Awesome place to shop. It's not crowded and you feel like the only person there.

There was a young man in checkout on 4/18/22 early in the morning. He greeted me immediately and offered help if I needed. Turns out I had forgotten my card. He found the number and told me abt the app. He not only had excellent customer service but he informed me of how to make each visit easy.
It was pouring down rain when I left and the woman checking receipts told me which side had a cover and instructed me to pull up my car so I didn't get wet.
I never had to ask for help or advice but was freely given it by two employees who obviously care. Great job to the staff and hiring manager!

All the warehouse clubs are pretty much the same. Pick whichever one is closest to you.

This location does take better care of their tire air pressure pump than some.

Update: since I posted the review below, things have improved remarkably. I see lots of new faces among the employees; customer service is much better. The employee checking at the door is now wearing a mask. Kudos to management making changes.

Great offerings, but employee does not wear mask.

I love the offerings. I am calorie conscious, and they actually have more light versions than Costco.

They are also much less crowded than Costco, which is a good thing, currently.

HOWEVER, they are not great about enforcing mask wearing. In fact, one of the employees that checks as you go out the door almost never has her mask completely over both her nose and mouth. And she takes it off sometimes also. I have observed this on multiple visits. Complaining to management seems to have little effect on shoppers and employees wearing masks.

Actually, when I discussed this with my acquaintances, they were also aware that this employee at the door does not wear her mask or wears it improperly. This is a systemic problem that the store has not made any attempt to fix.

I wanted to thank Mr. William Wilson and his helper who provided me with amazing service installing tires on my jeep this past Sunday. They were both professional and took care of my husband and I like we were royalty. They were even done sooner than they promised. Mr. Wilson is an absolute gem! If you didn’t know, get your tires from BJ’s. Price, warranty and even service are second to none!

Friendly and very helpful employees. Store super clean with good selections. The store coupons along with the club prices really helps me save. I am disappointed B J 's no longer stock the Brummel & Brown yogurt spread.

The associate at Optic department was very courteous and have helped to identify the preservation from my custom made glasses. Thank you

If you are seeking a cake for any occasion, please consider BJs! Their cakes are absolutely delicious and the decorating staff does a great job. The cakes are very reasonably priced and the quality is as good or better than cakes far more expensive. I won't go anywhere else for my sheet cakes! Sue in the bakery decorated my son's 16th birthday sheet cake today. It was a work of art and she captured my design ideas beautifully.

I love BJs! Before discovering BJs we shopped at Sam's Club but I was never really happy with them. BJs offers bulk AND variety, excellent prices, helpful staff, and easy-to-use and efficient money saving strategies. I love the selection and feel like I am able to get what I need for a good price.

Nikki, one of the store managers there, was very helpful when I was purchasing several chairs. Everything happened on schedule as she promised. Thanks Nikki!

Always clean and well stocked. Most patrons respect social distancing which can lead to a n interesting cart dance in busier parts of the club.

Love my North Raleigh club!!! The area is undergoing some transformations, but you can always count on BJ’s to have everything you need! FYI the service and value in the OPTICAL department is second-to-none:)
