Great customer service, having purchased 2 sets of King sleep number beds in the past, my parents finally decided to make the switch and upgrade too. My parents (83 & 75) being independent, went in and were able to get all the help they needed on their own. They did end up purchasing some things they decided they didn't need/want and were able to return them with no issue. I've also purchased a few Premium Faux Fur Throws for my parents for Christmas. Great job will shop here again when I need sheets.

We were very pleased with how quickly we were taken care of from the moment we walked in the door and throughout the entire process. We had already done our homework and knew which bed we wanted but they still took the time to talk to us about our personal sleep issues and how to use the bed we'd chosen to meet our sleep goals. We were highly impressed with the Raleigh Sleep Number store!

The sales associate was so very helpful in the store! We already owned a sleep number bed but was looking at the sleep number headboard/footboard/side rails. The sales rep talked us through the various options. We even called back later in the date and had him take measurements for us. He was great! It was also so easy to handle our final purchase over the phone. Highly recommend this store!

Jasmine helped my in-laws and they had such a good presentation and experience that we decided to give it a try. Sleep number works with local sleep labs to continue to improve their products over time. We felt well informed and very happy with our purchase when we left!

My wife and I went to the Sleep Number store on Capital Blvd in Raleigh trying to find a bed that would meet both of our comfort needs. We were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson named Brittnany Newsom. She explained the different beds and I tried one. It was totally not what I needed! The next bed was superb and was the one we purchased. Brittnay has followed through after the sale and is keeping us informed about what to expect. We are looking forward to the arrival of our Sleep Number bed and to a new sleeping experience.

We had a very positive experience at the Sleep Number store. The sales rep and her manager were helpful and knowledgeable about their products. We explained our needs, and they demonstrated, with our participation, the beds and how they could benefit us. We are waiting for the beds to be delivered in a few weeks.

Jasmine was very knowledgeable about the benefits of the sleep number bed. The store was very clean and they sanitized the beds after we laid on them. The store had the different beds and samples of the sheets so you can really imagine what it would be like once you buy the bed.

Derrick was great! Kevin and Derrick are great! I was in and out quickly and he got right to the heart of what I needed without trying to sell me stuff I didn't. Honest and helpful and totally resonably priced!! Will always come here for my mattress/bed needs.
