Dont know why such a low average. Deserved the 5 star rating from me. For my personal likes an interests off their menu, had been spot on an quicker not to mention much tastier than drive thru fast food. Pricing? On point with a back home NY standard. Unique and extremely satasfying! Fries are great too

I feel the need to defend this place against all these negative reviews. I just moved right down the street from here and decided to try it out for the first time. The food was incredible. Crispy wings and amazing cannolis. Not to mention the prices are way below all the other competing restaurants around here. Also, this was the fastest delivery order I've ever received. No clue why everyone is complaining about delivery times. This is my new go to spot! Love it. Don’t let the negative reviews deter you.

I ordered through uber and was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant actually called me to make sure that my order was made right, which I really appreciate! When the food got to me it was right and it was really delicious! I found our new pizza Go-to. Buffalo pizza was on point!

This is the best place for wings and pizza. There is no place in Raleigh where you can get as much quality food for such a good price. I usually order the 20 count wings or the 20 count and a xl pizza. Customer service wise I would rate 5+ stars. Sometimes I order very late and they still serve me with a smile. One night I called very close to closing and was wrongly informed they were out of wings... An employee ( I think he is the manager or owner?) took the time to call me back and let me know they still had lemon pepper wings and wanted to know if I would like to order. So if you want good food at a good price EAT HERE NOW!

Their spaghetti and meatballs are amazing. Delivery last night on a FRIDAY was actually really fast. I have had their spaghetti and meatballs several times and each time it never disappoints. Their garlic knots are great too that comes with it! Love this place! Will continue to be a customer as long as I am near by!

I love Papa's. I always do carryout and am generally pleased by the customer service. One time my pizza was slightly more done than they typically cook a pizza. They were very upfront about it and offered to make me a new one. I would honestly have not even noticed had they not brought It too my attention and the pizza was still delicious.

Papa's makes great pizza at a even better price. I have not eaten other pizza since I started eating papa's last year!

Online ordered but the order was never delivered, which was very frustrating. However, due to the time it was it was "kinda" understandable. I went into the store location to talk to the managers some time later about resolving the issue, since I had already paid for it. They were really cooperative and the customer service i received due to the issue was what you would hope for instead of expect in today's world. Plus, their food is amazing, definitely give them a try

Incredible garlic Parmesan wings. Large, prepared great, delicious garlic and parm flavor. Best wings I’ve found in Raleigh. Pepperoni calzone very good but I come for the wings. Fantastic prices too so a great value for the food.

I just placed a call about my order to confirm details since Postmates didn’t have the options, and I received great customer service. It’s usually such a struggle calling into a pizza place so thank you to the dude answering the phones tonight. The food is always great and workers seem to care. Get some pizza people!

I’m really glad a places like this is near by. Food is great, if your looking for delicious calzones and wings- this spot has you. The staff is really kind and makes sure you get the good food your looking for. I’m definitely going to be a regular.

We were visiting Raleigh for business purpose. We were starving for food. We found Papas Pizza and wings near by. We ordered pizza, wings, fries, calzon. Everything were amazing. Nice customer service. On time delivery. Very professional people.

Never considered it until I tried it one day. This place had some awesome wings and the cheapest price you can get. $7 for 10 wings? That's easily $11-12 anywhere else. This will be my new spot.

My family and were looking for something quick but not expensive either. We ordered the two pasta meals: Manicotti , chicken parmesan and half gallon tea. I wanted the stuff shells but they were out. Plenty of pasta😉. And garlic knots great. Well visit again.

Soooooo Good!!! Some of the best pizza in - the cheese blend, crust, and not over greasy! The cannolis, steak stromboli, and wings are good too!

The delivery was on-time and pizza & wings taste really good. I recommand to try pizza here. Also been to the store once, found manager to be friendly and provided the good service.

Very good wings...larger than normal. Excellent. However when I order the souvlaki and it was good but not souvlaki..meat in souvlaki is skewered. What I got was basically an open gyro with slices of meat.

Awesome food if you like Italian food I would strongly recommend Papas Pizza and Wings they have a chicken parmigiana that is awesome with the garlic knots or if you want something light they have awesome salads as well. Go there you won't be disappointed

Got the best food fast and fresh with a local owner. If I were to decribe the most genuine pizza in Raleigh. Papa's would fit that description.
