Love the pineapple milkshakes!! Sooooo delicious! Very fast& efficient! They always have your order ready when u drive up on time!! And then if u don't like something,they will replace it& make you satisfied!!) A+ Great service with a smile! :)

Burger was small but good. The strawberry milk shake was good and thick. You will need a spoon until it melts enough to use the straw.

This store has a walk-up and two drive-throughs. Food was delicious and fast service.

I love this place! The food and milkshakes are delicious and the staff members are polite and prepare orders in a timely manner.

It seems this place has gotten MUCH better judging by the negative reviews in the past few months. The only "bad" things I can say is once I didn't get Cajun seasoning on my fries. Not a big deal, have that at home.
Once they got mixed up when I asked for an Oreo M&M milkshake and rung up for two milkshakes, but it was fixed.

Just grabbed a quick snack-bacon ranch wrap(mayo, no ranch) & huge Arnold Palmer.
Delicious, as usual.

Always good, fast service at this Cook Out & the food is always cooked fresh & is hot and delicious. I'd say like 99% of my experiences with the employees has been really good. They're friendly & will give you as much extra sauce as you want!! No mean looks while they're saying "extra charge for more sauces" mess like Bo...oop I mean some places do. Stay awesome Cook Out! 😋

Never had a problem as described in these other reviews. Orders have always been correct, staff always friendly and if I go through the drivethru that services the passenger side of the car I have always received the order with no issues. Love the variety of items and their many flavors of milkshakes. When my friends from towns that down have CookOuts come to town this is one of their first stops.

Been going to cookout for a long time and its always so good! Me and my roommate went yesterday and im gonna be honest our order was kind of annoying and confusing but our cashier Makayla nailed it and didn't even have to ask additional questions. The order was exactly what we asked for! 10/10 to the staff that was working night shift on Jan 11th 2021!

Very delicious burgers at a very good price, very fast service. Employees seemed happy and well paid. I don't go to other drive-thrus, because this place has better burgers than the $10 restaurant burger.

One of the best Cookouts in the area, especially in terms of performance. They deal with a lot of customers due to proximity to ECU, and they handle it pretty well. The extra space in the parking lot is also much appreciated since there is typically a lot of traffic going to this Cookout location.

Milkshakes are great, great value for the amount and quality of food you're getting. Super good for late night cravings since theyre open super late. and you can stuff your face for about 6 bucks. Staff is friendly, and even though it gets super busy sometimes the line keeps a relatively steady pace.

Ordered a lot of food and they got it all right. Just one guy that started our order got frustrated with how much we were getting and stopped taking our order and a young girl took over and finished with us. When we pulled up to the window the man looked to be dressed in manager clothes and rolled his eyes when he saw it was us with the big order. We spent over $60 with them as a manager I would be happy not rolling my eyes. This 5 star is for the college girl that took over our order.

Best place for quick, great food. It blows all the other fast food places out of the water. It has real food here, not that processed stuff that you get from the other places. Real burgers, real chicken, and even bbq. The best thing about it, other than it's real food, is that it's cheaper too. You can get a huge burger and two sides for less than a Whopper with fries and a drink. And it even comes with a drink if you get the meal. To top the cake, they have sooooo many different delicious flavors to choose from, and mix if you'd like, ice cream for milkshakes! They even have egg nog during the holiday season! Awesome! Highly recommend them over all other fast food, and even some restaurants.

When I was a kid in NJ, we had a milkshake place called Custards Last Stand. They made the best banana shakes and that was a treat to go and get one. Cook Out is as good if not better. So if you're thinking of where to go for a GREAT milkshake, think no more
