Walgreens

My daughter was released from the hospital today. She was given three prescriptions to get filled. She uses this Walgreens because she is a student at ECU. I went there to pick these up. There was a problem with one of them. Something to do with the coding. The pharmacist was unable to fill it the way it was. I was almost in a panic. This was the main medicine she needed. By now it’s 7:40 at night. I started calling the hospital. To my surprise the pharmacist (I think his name was Noah??? I hope that is correct!) had called the hospital too. Long story he was able to get it all straight and had me out the door in 20 minutes with all prescriptions filled. He could have easily just blown me off, but he took the time to take the extra step! He doesn’t realize the stress I was under and he helped me. I’m a customer for life because of his act of kindness.

Went to the pharmacy drive thru on 1-8-22 at 4:47pm. The young lady that assisted us knew what she was doing! We were there no more than 3 minutes on top of that her customer service skills are A1! Politeness, professionalism, and accuracy!

We have always had a great experience using the pharmacy here. Today Ariel went above and beyond! We are self-pay patients and she without prompting helped us secure a coupon that saved us money. She was fast and kind. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

I started using this pharmacy after moving to the area for school. I have always enjoyed my experience there. I have found the pharmacy staff to be incredibly knowledgeable...including the techs. I've never left with questions about my prescriptions. I have found that every single person has been friendly, willing to listen to some silly questions, and been more than helpful with finding OTC items. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Walgreen's has the most amazing staff and customer service! They have jumped through hoops and took calls with pleasure and assisted me in so many ways! They all deserve raises and praise for their compassion and kindness. If you haven't had the pleasure of going to this store, I suggest you do!

There is a girl with Shortish blonde hair and beautiful Makeup that works in pharmacy drive thru. She is very helpful and very nice! I wish I got her name!

I think that this is one of the best pharmacy's i've delt with other then realo in a long time normally i have always gone to walgreens over most pharmacies or to Realo but I switched from the big corporations to Realo because it always took a while and they were always friendly oriented but this walgreens the staff is awesome and are very puntual and they take that extra effort to make you feel more then getting you in and out

Just had to run in and pick up a few things for our trip. Very friendly employees.
