We loved our experience with Amazing Paws. You do need to call and schedule a video call and appointment as puppies aren’t kept at their store to reduce exposure to viruses. As a health care professional, I appreciate this. The customer service is top notch. They even offer you pet financing.

I lost my puppy a year ago and have beed devastated and didn’t know if I could replace it. I called this company and immediately started crying as the process was emotional to start over. She told me no need to feel bad for crying dogs are part of our family. We talked for over an hour. She even followed up with me the next week. It took me a year to get the courage and we talked the entire year. Never once did she make me feel like a burden. I know have a 5 month old cane corso that is the love of my life and i have a smile on my face. They are not just a business they are true honest people.

Recently purchased a dog bag for trips and it is wonderful. There’s many compartments and a lot of breathing room for my dog.

Best place to get your puppy! They really care about their puppies and customers. Make sure to make an appointment through their website and call before you go. Some of their puppies are not old enough to be at the store.

The customer service was great. They take time to inform you of the process and make sure that you clearly understand. I also made an appointment to see the fur baby and the cleaniness and professionalism they take with these dogs are outstanding. I will be back again!

Thank you for listening to me and my concerns. My therpasit suggested I get a puppy and I was a little skeptical at the beginning, but when I called she answered every question I had. I never knew people still take the time to talk to you and just not sale. We worked together for about 3 months and I found my lifelong partner Peaches ( I renamed her lol) thank you for saving me!

We bought an adorable puppy we renamed Teddy for my son from Erika and we are pleased with the amount of care she has taken of her pups and glad we chose to go with her. Yes, I understand that some people think they are overpriced but I've seen higher prices than hers that don't give the same amount of care. She also gives you ALOT of extra products to set you and your dog up for success. This helps the new pup get accustomed to your home with products such as food that he or she is already used to. The pup seems healthy and loves following my son around the house. it is playful and full of love.

I do understand peoples worry for the price! it is ALOT to invest in a puppy, but you get what you pay for! Her care alone for the pups made me want to buy from her and not others.

I will be back again to get another fur baby. Iggy was the best birthday gift Yorkies of Houston could have given me.

They are more than adorable and maybe a little.bougie because of.the super high quality of care given to.them.from pampering to gourmet cuisine. So glad I waited before making my decision.
