We had a wonderful experience with Cary Cannady, funeral Director with Bryan-Lee funeral Home!! I recommend Cary and his team to help anyone who has lost a loved one and can’t emphase enough the importance of pre paying funeral expenses for anyone as it takes care of everything in advance which is a big relief when that person leaves this world.
Thank you Cary for you have d work and understanding before and after our father’s death. Bill Clement

Bryan-Lee handled my husband's memorial service and everyone there was very compassionate and supportive during this difficult time. Mr. Cannady worked with me very patiently, explaining all the different areas of the process. He was very professional but also very kind and understanding through everything. He and the other members supported my family through the planning and also during the service. I could not have asked for a better experience during this extremely difficult time in my life.

I just recently lost both of my parents. Bryan-Lee stepped in and took care of us like they had known us for years. They made everything so easy and peaceful. Thank you all for helping us during our hard journey.

Bryan-Lee did a great job helping us select casket/vault/flowers, holding the visitation, working with the cemetery and the church for my Mother's memorial service. They were helpful on post-funeral steps as well. Justin in particular was terrific in all of those regards.

The peace that came over me was a blessing. Justin made me feel at ease, he took his time and explained each step to us. I will always be grateful to Justin and the staff at Brown-Lee. Sincerely, Kathy Byrnes

Our family worked with Justin and Brian at the Raleigh location for my father’s funeral in March 2024. They were very accommodating and attentive while assisting us with the program, slideshow of photos, etc. Our father definitely wanted a locally owned company and we are thankful he chose Bryan Lee.

Bryan-Lee Funeral Home is by far the epitome of funeral service professionals. In working with the Raleigh staff Pre-planning a funeral, we were treated with the utmost courtesy and kindness. After doing some research on the internet, I learned the company is a family owned business, and it shows in how they treated us...like family. I highly recommend anyone in the Raleigh area in need of their services.
Beautiful historic home too! Over 100 years old!

Many thanks for all you do! -PCG

From our first meeting, until the time we left the building after the funeral, I felt very pleased and comfortable with the attention we received. Everything was taken care of so carefully, courteously and with respect. We were pleased with the prices too. Bryan-Lee made my mother’s funeral a beautiful end of life time for me. One of my sons, who lives near Charlotte, liked everything so much that he asked if they had a funeral home near him. And the old home used for their Raleigh location is gorgeous with beautiful furniture. They offered to hire a videographer for us too. And I was so glad about that for out of state friends and family who couldn’t attend. I can honestly say there wasn’t anything I wasn’t thankful for with with the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home staff. Our funeral director was Justin.

We will forever be grateful that we were put in contact with Justin after experiencing a stillbirth. He took care of absolutely everything and helped us to find some peace with the unexpected passing of our baby. We would have been completely lost in terms of what to do to hold a funeral for her and he guided us through each step. He was extremely compassionate and professional and the other staff we came into contact with were equally kind and helpful. Thank you again.

This is the 3rd time I have used Bryan-Lee. First for my mom and then and aunt and most recently another aunt. I have received excellent and caring service each time.

They were helpful with compassion. The only home I would take my love ones too because they are cared for with dignity. One of the last family owned and operated homes in North Carolina.

Beware: Do not buy flowers from their website. I ordered the Hope and Honor standing spray for $331.53 which in their picture is about 3ft high covered with white flowers with 20 or more roses draped the white flowered cross. What I got was a 17" high cross with a hand full of small wilted roses. Something I would guess any other florist would charge less than $25. It was supposed to honor my departed friend and comfort the family and demonstrate the great respect I has for their loved one. I am angry and embarassed at such deceit and dishonesty.
