Revival Pain Management

I have never had a dr to do their best to help my pain like Dr Novembre. I really thank God for this dr and everyone that works there. I highly recommend this pain center.

I have been going to Dr. Novembre since 2010. At one time I was ina wheelchair & couldn't walk. Thanks to Dr. Novembre, I'm walking normal & without any assistance devices. I'm living a normal, fulfilling life. I'm active & so grateful! God lead me to Revival Pain Management when I was in a severe car accident. I love Dr. Novembre's personality & energy. He's up front & tells you the truth. He's so good at what he does, it's like second nature to him. I drive an hour (one way) to have him manage my pain. I've had to wait sometimes for awhile especially when he had so many patients & trying to get another Dr to come in & help. I don't care how long I have to wait, it is well worth it!! I will not go to anyone else anymore. All of the others I went to left me in pain & didn't seem to fully take care of what I needed. I was having to go to the hospital in between visits for the other ones I had been seeing. With Dr. Novembre's care, I'm fully taken care of & my pain level is usually maintained at about a 2 or 3 on a scale of 10. I recommend him to everyone!!!

I absoloutly love it. The staff is very friendly. Yes the wait times are a little long but what is time when you are actually getting listened to. I love it the care they give me is outstanding. I have never had anything but great results come from there. All in all i love the place keep doing a great job docs.

I have never had any problems with Revival Pain Clinic. I had gone to a pain clinic in Winston where the doctor just wanted to give me epidural injections and didnt even listen to what I was telling him and he made it obvious that he could care less about what I was saying and he acted like he didnt believe me. I told him that I gave birth to 3 kids without having an epidural because not only am I afraid of needles but mainly I was afraid it would damage my back. His response to me was "you dont have to do what I recommend, but I dont have to treat you either." At this point my back was so bad and I was in constant pain so I allowed him to pretty much bully me into having the injections, which they had to put me to sleep to do and they didnt even work. I had it done twice and they said the third time that they were going to kill the nerve endings and I said "I dont think so" and thats when I had my family doctor refer me to Elkin. In Winston, they made me feel like a drug addict or something and I was even about to cancel my first appointment in Elkin because I was so afraid of being made to feel as bad as I did in Winston. I had my MRI with me in Winston and that doctor told me he didnt need to see it. I took it with me to my first appointment in Elkin and he looked it over and felt my spine, which they didnt even bother to do in Winston. I have never been treated with anything but respect at Revival Pain Center by the doctors, nurses, and the receptionists. They do have Christian values there, which I do personally appreciate, but they have never forced their opinions on me and I even signed a paper stating whether I wanted that to be included in my treatment plan or not. Its a long drive for me (about 2 hour drive, 1 way) and it does take a long time to get out of there (usually at least 2 hours) but I have not tried to find a closer clinic because I appreciate the kindness, caring nature and respect that everyone there have always shown me and Ive been going there for about 4 years now.

Lena Ferris is the best doctor! She actually listens to you! I love the staff too!

Simply the Best. Staff is Great. Dr Novembre is the best pain Doc I have ever experienced.

As long as you stay clean they are great doctors and staff. If anyone has issues it is most likely they aren't complying with the rules.

Other than the wait time I think it's a great clinic with good practitioners.

Very thorough and knowledgeable in relieving joint and back pain, easy to talk to, great staff.

Friendly staff and the doctor is knowledgeable and will actually listen to you.

My review is based solely on having a procedure done and not chronic pain management. I would have given a 5 star if I did not have to be there for over 3 hours. BUT it was the week after the winter holidays and they apologized for the wait. The staff was kind and curteous. Dr. Wofford was awesome! He was very thorough in reading my mri and medical summary for the injections I needed in my lower back. He did them a little differently than I have had them done before (he explained every step and showed me the xrays when done) I have not been so pain free in my lower back in years. He rocks! for the first time in many years, I have slept all night every night this week. Now I know this will not last forever, but oh man what a gift! For that reason alone I recommend this clinic and I hope as long as I need him, he is in the area. Thank you Dr. Wofford!

Well I left a positive note for these folks. I guess it got lost out there. They have a tough job with a tough clientele. A little patience and a kind word goes far. It is sorrowful to see the elderly have to haul themselves and all their paraphernalia in here to receive treatment. So let's expedite the simple things then you all can get on with the difficult ones.thank you
