This is where I shop for most of my clothes they are friendly they don't have it they'll order it for you. And they always have great sales

I actually despise shopping here however I came in with my mother and I wish I could've got the cashiers name, but she gave me a Capri Sun so it definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

Season change is the perfect time to shop at Belk, great prices on almost all clothing.
During the week it's not crowded either.
Plenty of staff willing to help find whatever you want.

The staff are always over the top nice, helpful, & friendly! Clean store, lots of choices & selections. I did not have a coupon but they ensured I received discounts when I checked out! Only place I purchase makeup from!

Meagan checked me out and she was very patient kind and helpful!!!! The sales prices were great. Makeup girl is pushy on telling me what color foundation which is annoying but besides that it was a very good experience and Meagan deserves a raise or promotion!

Had great sale. Asked if all neckties were part of sale. Associate said yes and if they weren't, they would make them part of sale. Different associate checked me out and did not ring items up as such. Manager fixed sale and they were very polite. Associates were friendly.

Besides having big and tall available the salesperson in the men's department was very professional and helped me find everything I needed, I would recommend the store to anyone and will be shopping there again

Belk is a wonderful place to shop gifts for yourself and others. They have a wide variety of great brands (for clothing, skincare, make-up, shoes, and household products for men and women). Customer service is always fantastic!
