They're always so incredibly nice at this store I love the employees, I do wish the candle selection was a little bigger but it is a smaller store so they have to make space where they can! Candle day 23 was a hit none the less!

The store us clean the staff is very friendly and well dressed. First time u went with wife. I loved the clean crispness and the aroma in the air. The only downfall, however small, was the prices. Though I can understand it is a store focused on pampering the senses. The prices can be overlooked with specials. Oh, we had one issue and they were very quick to help us out and a wonderfully awsom experience of service people who looked and acted like they enjoyed working there and helping customers.

Love B&BW. Need to bring it back to Mayberry Mall for sure.

Very friendly employees, but not to pushy. The employee helped my go through just about every candle to find the right scent. I also hit the timing just right. Half price candles!

They meet you at the door and make you feel very welcome. Also If you get to the register and notice you missed a deal going on they will tell you and let you take advantage of it. Wonderful staff.

Went to get specifics for my wife, had no clue what or where but the girls working there were very helpful and friendly. I was in and out in a flash and they even showed me how to use the app for future savings.

Even though this store is in a less populated location, they still keep everything stocked and current. They have everything any other bath and body works is gonna have and you don't have to deal with the crazy lines that you will find in the mall.

The ladies that were there today were very helpful. The asked if they could help, if I had any questions. They took me straight to what I was looking for and also jumped right in to help me with my App issues.
