I'm a little late in posting this review but in early December 2023, we started the process of having our roof inspected. David and Carter helped us starting with the initial inspection, submitting a claim, and then working closely with the insurance adjuster to ensure all paperwork was completed. Once the claim received approval, they went over the numbers with us and we scheduled the replacement of our roof.

The execution from beginning to end led by Alex and his team was truly exceptional. The team did a thorough job including cleaning up the day of the replacement. The following day, Alex came by to inspect the area after the dump truck was picked up to ensure thorough cleanup, including the search for any lingering nails.

Throughout the entire process, the RRE team, (David, Carter & Alex), showed a high level of thoroughness, insight, and professionalism. If you find yourself in need of a roof replacement, I would highly recommend this team for their outstanding service. Thank you RRE team!

Excellent work - highly professional crew, did a great cleaning job post roof change. Right from the inspection to coordination with insurance company, everything was very smooth and committed time.

We got estimates to get the hail damaged shingle roofs replaced on three buildings, our house, barn and workshop. We chose Raleigh Residential Exteriors (RRE) to do the job...we are so glad we did! From the beginning everything went smoothly. Ray provided us with shingle samples (we decided to change the color since all buildings need replacement), ensured the need stock was reserved early to ensure the product was available, explained their process and scheduled the job promptly. He worked closely with us to ensure appropriate safety measures were followed to prepare the barn/stall areas and ensure our horses safety was high priority throughout the entire job. The RRE team was organized, punctual, hard working and worked well together. They covered all landscaping and deck areas around the house to protect them. The roofing team worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old roofing, make needed repairs and install the new quality roofing products. They were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves and constantly ran magnets to pickup stray nails, especially so around the barn. We also had new gutters and downspouts installed. The gutter team was in/out in no time and the results were beautiful and well done. Overall the RRE teams were awesome! They all did an outstanding job! I highly recommend RRE for your roofing, gutters and siding needs! In this time of so many things going wrong, being delayed or having to deal with unreliable people, Ray and his teams at RRE were so great to work with. Thank you!

RRE was a pleasure to work with. We experience a minor leak which required a full roof replacement. Ray with RRE made this experience easy and efficient. They did a nice job in helping to work with the insurance company to have the roof replacement covered due to storm damage.
The roofing crew did a nice job on the tear off of the old shingles and install of the new shingles. They were respectful of the house and property, covering as much as possible with tarps. They were very good at cleaning up at the end of the day. We found very few nails and very little debris around the yard in the following days. They did a great job on the install with nice clean straight lines. The Certainteed shingles look very nice!

Excellent job done by Andrew and Alex. Andrew was very good arranging everything for replacement. Alex did take care of replacement very well by notifying the details before and afterwards.

RRE replaced our roof, skylight, gutters and downspouts. We could not be happier with the results! Everything from start to finish was communicated well, and the finished product looks great. Highly recommend RRE!

Several houses in my neighborhood suffered roof damage from a severe hail storm last year, and my house was no exception. Fortunately, RRE took good care of it, from an accurate roof inspection, damage report and estimate, and dealings with my home insurer, to conclude with a whole roof replacement, which was completed in a single day and with minimum discomfort. Working with RRE on this roof replacement project was very easy, and even pleasant. We are very satisfied with the work done and the way how is was conducted. Surely their five stars are well earned.

I needed to have my roof replaced due to storm damage under an insurance claim. A neighbor recently went through the same process and recommended I contact RRE. They worked with me throughout the claim process, and advised me on what to do. The roof installation was done in one day, and they did an excellent job with the install and with clean up. Carter and Alex were great to work with. I'd recommend their services.

Once a contract was signed and an installation date scheduled, things took off. Roof installation was fast! All done within a day and looks really well. Also had a metal roof for the porch installed. Both go great with the décor of the home. Alex the PM was very responsive to questions and comments I had at all points before, during, and following the installation. Handled all of the interface with home insurance.

RRE helped us with our roof replacement project following the hail storm damage. Carter worked with our insurance company through out the process and also helped answer any technical questions that my insurance company had regarding the claim. Carter went above and beyond to ensure that the documentation is perfect to ensure timely roof replacement. We really appreciate Carter and RRE’s professionalism.

Was very happy with their work. Trace did great communicating throughout the whole process and addressing any questions or concerns I had. The crew did good work and did a good job cleaning up after they were done. They facilitated the conversation with my insurance company as well. The whole process was very smooth.

If I had one nit it would be that the name of the company seems to imply they do more than roofing, but at the end of the day they are just a roofing company. I had a few other repairs (damaged chimney cap and some wood rot) that I thought they might also do since they are, after all, part of the exterior of my residence and the company's name is Raleigh Residential Exteriors, but alas they were only able to help with the roof. They were however good about recommending someone else to handle some of the other work that they don't do.

Raleigh Residential Exteriors provided exceptional service for our home roof inspection and installation. They were on time to perform the initial roof inspection and spot on in finding the hail damage and guided us to file a claim with my insurance company. They have a wide range of new roof selection options. They are Flexible with scheduling and completed the project on time with great quality and transparent service. I never thought, new roof installation project would be this easy :-)

RRE handled my roof replacement due to hail storm. I had a really positive experience working them from start to finish. They were very professional throughout the project and did a really nice job with the roof. They handled everything from working with the adjustor to insurance claim follow up. I would recommend this company.

Trace was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was always prompt in responding and keeping us informed (even after hours) He made it very hands off for us from start to finish and also working with our insurance company as well. The crew that did the replacement did a great job and cleaned up very well, never found a stray roof nail in the yard!! I had a great experience and if ever need replacement again I will definitely call them again!!

I had Raleigh Residential Exteriors do a full roof replacement, siding replacement on my chimney, and I had them re-build the stairs on my back deck. Ray and his team did a fantastic job. The stairs, especially, were a difficult project given the terrain and the design, but the finished product was very impressive. Ray was communicative throughout the project, and the work was done quickly and within budget. Highly recommend Raleigh Residential Exteriors for any exterior project.
