Franklin Foot Care

I havebeen with Dr Anderson since the beginning of the practice 25 years . I highly recommend him. He has saved my leg from being amputated twice for foot ulcers. He is a doctor that genuinely cares for his patients. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

I went to see Dr Swineford after stepping on a sewing needle that broke off in my big toe. I had been to urgent care and the ER and no one could help me. The ladies in the office were fantastic! Dr. Swineford was awesome! He removed the needle quickly, thank goodness!!! And the ladies were amazing at keeping me distracted. They gave me detailed information on home care and made a follow up appointment. I would definitely recommend the Franklin office ☺

Franklin foot care is great , the office girls are very nice and there always there , that makes me feel very comfortable 🦋 Dr Swineford is a great doctor , it took me awhile to find someone that could help me with my problem and there he was. Now I’m having surgery to correct it and now I will be able to walk my 7 miles a day 👍 thank you Franklin Foot Care

Im so happy i decided to go to Franklin Footcare. Dr shaper was so nice, helpful, and knowledgable. She performed my surgery and we followed up with many appointments afterwards to make sure everything was healing properly. She made me feel comfortable and the receptionist Shannon greeted me by name everytime. Its sad Dr Shaper is no longer at this location for family reasons but i still highly recommend this practice for any podiatry needs. Clean, friendly.. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Excellent place to go..front desk staff is polite and welcoming! All doctor's experience was wonderful! I would highly recommend!

Exam rooms are dirty and doctors are habitually late. On one occasion I had to wait 20 minutes in the exam room and on another occasion I waited 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, I could not wait any longer so I left. I will not be going there ever again.

Recommendation is that you do NOT take your child to Dr Swineford unless you want inexcusably terrible bedside manners, unnecessary pain, careless, harmful and unsound treatment. I'm seriously considering a law suit.

I do not recommend this practice at all.
