The staff was always nice. It was an easy process to get a unit. We never had any issues. When we were going to be late on a payment, all we had to do was let them know and they worked with us on it. When we no longer needed it, all we had to do was let them know and hand over the keys. I recommend them.

Really appreciated that Brandi was able to replace the lock for my storage. And the staff here has REALLY helped me out and been patient with me! Really appreciate their business! Great place to get your storage needs!

Friendly staff and great rates. I feel like the last place I rented at was all about the money. Their prices were outrageous, and the manager had the personality of a pod. (Public Storage in Midvale FYI) Finding this place was a breath of fresh air. They surprised me many times over, and I'll never go anywhere else. Rented a U-Haul cargo van from there and it was quick and easy. The woman at the front desk was helpful. If you make a reservation, she'll warm up the van for you before you arrive, which is an unexpectedly nice touch. The cargo van was in great shape, new and clean. It also came with a backup camera.

Pick up and drop off took fewer than 10 minutes each. I'd rent from here again. Thanks, storageplus.

Finding a storage when you need one right away is always hard to do. They made it super easy! I had looked around and I think the best deal I found would cost me about $80 up front. Then, I was referred to them because they don't charge you any start-up fees or application fees. Everything is straightforward. They don't even charge you for a lock. Plus, they prorate it for the first month. They are very easy to work with!

Super friendly and helpful staff! She answered all of my questions and was very thorough about everything. Love the ease of online payments. The hours are great and the locks for the unit are impressive. I like the security features that they offer. So far, great experience with this company! One of the best storage facilities in Utah. Reasonable prices, decent units with excellent security. I have rented from these guys several times over the past 15 years whenever I had storage needs & they have always been amazing. Office staff is super helpful, friendly & really easy to work with. I honestly would not even think of storing anywhere else.

Ive gotta say i need to add to the great reviews for this place. Deanna made it so easy from her initial call to the site visit. Great sense of humor and professional at the same time. I was sold within 10 minutes of seeing the place and friendly staff and premises. A+ in my book.

Great service from great people! I had a large unit for several years and never had an issue with renting here. The office area is always clean and inviting and the staff is always helpful. If I ever need to store something again, I'm coming back for sure.

We've been using this storage for years now. Even though the prices keep going up, they're still the best in town.

We needed a last minute storage unit... we were Refered to check these guys out.
Not only were they friendly and helpful but he actually walked and showed us all our options available.
Extremely helpful as he was with the person who Refered us after using the storage facilities themselves to go see him.
The one who Refered is, was using their facility and storage units for about 3 years. Not a single complaint during the entire time.

UNITS were Priced decent for the size we needed and knowing he not only has security cameras, but also does walking perimeter checks at night, and also has multiple guard dogs for after hours - lets us rest assured that our property is safely secured and not available to be broken into in the middle of the night.

Highly Recommended if you are in need of a Storage Unit Facility.

So much better than others. I left one to come here. Lower rates, they come with locks so they don't force you to buy their locks, and they have different options for insurance that isn't forced like all the rest of the self storage companies.
