Hertz Car Rental - Nashville Metro Airport

Bobbie that helped us was amazing. We reserved the managers special and I did it incorrectly. It could have been a mess, but Bobbie helped us get into the correct vehicle by asking us questions of what we needed it for and made sure we got the best deal and coverage without over spending. She even stayed last past her shift change!
If anyone flies into Nashville airport and rents a car, tell Miss Bobbie hello! You’ve made a friend! I promise!

Always use Hertz for all my rental needs. I misplaced my driver's license after clearing security at another airport. I had already confirmed my reservation a day before. Faroo at the rental desk was very helpful and he even guided me through the online process of how to receive a paper from the DMV on the spot, which cleared me for the rental. He had me rolling in about 15 minutes!! Thank you Faroo!!

Easy check in and check out without waiting in line. Use the app. Reserve in advance. So much quicker, we passed up all the long lines. 🙂

We had booked a full-size SUV through Dollar and when our exhausted family went to pick up the vehicle at the Hertz vehicle lot, we saw that we were assigned a compact SUV which wouldn't be adequate for our luggage and another passenger we would have with us the next day. With tired kids waiting, I tried to get to the counter and find someone to help us, but to no avail. The manager Chris C. saw me and recognized we needed something, came to our assistance, and found a great vehicle for us to drive that matched our reservation and our needs. Thanks for saving the day, Chris! Everyone else that night moving forward and on the day of return was very professional as well.

Car return was a painless process. Slightly unerving. I dropped the car off on the 3rd floor. I was asked to leave the keys in the car. No one checked the fuel level or return condition before I left. I will edit my review if I get an innapripratr fuel charge :).

I initially rented through Dollar. There was confusion as to what car I was supposed to have. After going through the options, I was surprised to see the up charge on my receipt.
I stopped by the Hertz office to get the car and Maryam asked me if everything was ok. I griped just a bit about the initial interaction. Maryam went WAY out of her way to ensure my experience was great. She changed my vehicle to an upgrade and gave me the price I already paid for!!

Easy drop off process. You just pull in on 3rd floor behind a row of cars, get your stuff out, and leave the keys in the car.

Billy was wonderful! After an early morning flight and having other travel issues, it was refreshing to finally encounter a friendly person. Great customer service!

You only deserve the best reviews. I read the one after mine. I'm sure you resolved there problem. Y'all are very good at that. Thank you for being an A1 company. Keep it up. Ok Hertz is awesome but customer service needs to be completely retrained or fired. Y'all are awesome but need all new customer service. That's the most important part of any company. It's the backbone. Without good customer service you lose the heart beat 💔 of your company. Love y'all customer service reform. 😁

My experience with renting a car at the Nashville airport location was very satisfying. I was the only customer, so no wait and the agent at the desk processed my paperwork in less than ten minutes. The return, six days later, was easy and there were no surprises with additional costs. For us, a positive experience and we will rent from here again the next time we are in Nashville.

I had to travel recently to attend the funeral of my sister. HERTZ is always my rental car of choice in Nashville. The desk staff was very helpful, I had booked the car a day too early and had even paid for it. When I arrived the the following day the car was not waiting, they thought I wasn't coming because I booked it for the previous day. The desk person didn't blink an eye, she fixed everything, had the same vehicle available I requested and changed my reservation without any extra cost. It was clearly my fault but they made it right without any questions. They fixed my screw-up and I was able to enjoy my normal ride. I love HERTZ.

Hertz is always a top notch car rental company. I have never had any issues with them, they even helped with a last minute rental in Nashville TN. They had a car available when all other car companies were out of cars Hertz had one to rent.

One of the best Hertz I have experienced, every time I am traveling though my car is always spotless and ready to go! Returning is beyond easy, always have staff waiting to get you checked out and on your way. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly!

Excellent & exceedingly friendly customer service even though I had a made a BIG mistake on my reservation.

They were out of the car type I was supposed to get, so I had to take a brand new Mercedes instead; dang it.

No extra charges or fees; they even found & mailed my only set of work keys that had fallen under the seat somehow to me after I submitted a lost item report on their website.

As usual, Hertz is the best...nothing new here.

Counter service and picking up rental car from garage was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had left my personal keys in the center console at turn in. The next morning, the car servicing gentleman checked 3 different blue Nisson Rogues to find my keys and brought them to me promptly. Awesome service and staff! Car was great, so I think I found my next vehicle!

I flew into Nashville this past Friday. I got to the car and when I opened the door I immediately smelled a "Substance". I went back and told the lady at the desk, Billy, about my situation. She immediately apologized and I got set up with a new, upgraded vehicle very quickly! Made my trip way better. Normally car rentals can be a little bit of a pain sometimes, but this time was a shining example of how it's done right!

Easy access from the terminal. Gold service customers reservations are easily seen on arrival at the Hertz facility. The drop off at return is just as easy. We have never experienced any issues in Nashville. The staff on the few occasions you need to interact with are always pleasant and helpful.
