I would love to Thank Anthony Booker for outstanding customer service!!We had upgraded our vehicle on phone with agent however it was not updated when we got there. However a vehicle came in he got right on it and made sure we was taken care of. We had just lost our Son and was going to his funeral. We had rented a car through Turo for our trip, and it got cancelled a few hours before we were scheduled to pick it up. We ended up renting a car from this Budget Car Rental office at the last minute for a fraction of the price. The customer service at drop off and pick up was amazing - all three employees we encountered were kind and helpful. Highly recommend this location!

These guys were really nice friendly and so helpful. However, you do have to rent for all day and a card is needed for deposit. It wasn't their fault whatsoever though. It is a corporation thing. I would definitely use this place again and again. Better than my UHaul experience. That is why I am giving these guys a 5 🌟

Dusty and Ken were very friendly. After a terrible experience renting a car from the Nashville airport, I had to drive over here to get my vehicle issues addressed. Dusty and Ken were super friendly, and Dusty himself was able to get us into a new vehicle, knock off all of the scamny airport add-ons, and make sure we were comfortable when leaving.

"Shop local" is definitely recommended. Very friendly, and saved me over $160!

We got a rental car from the airport but were getting malfunction notices almost immediately. We knew there were no more cars at the airport, so stopped by here. Anthony and the team were incredibly kind and helpful in offering solutions and helping to remedy the issue. Highly recommend this location

The staff here the BEST. I've been renting from them for over 4yrs. The only problem I have is the cars come from the airport and they are the WORST. They don't have the cars there on time or cleaned. But the staff at this location more than make up for it.

I have rented many cars from all over the country. This has to be the friendliest and most helpful group of folks I've ever worked with. Dusty, Dusty, Dusty and Antony (yes three Dusty's), are wonderful folks. Because my car was in the shop, I was unsure how long I would need a rental. They extended my rental several times over the phone without an issue.

Had the best experience with manager Anthony Booker who was a legend and saved the day with our first dsy jn nashville. we previously reserved a car with Hertz (NEVER AGAIN) who told us they didn’t have any cars left and were unhelpful. Then we called budget and Anthony completely turned the day around! Saved the day! Had a car, saved it for us and was all-around super pleasant. Save your time and go to budget initially and ask for him!

Was able to get car picked up and returned to a different location very easily. The drop off at airport was so easy. The SUV ran great for myself and family. Thank you this location of the airport was a really good deal.

Budget Rental car has been my best friend for the last month. I have used this company for business travel. Durban Davis one of Budget's associates has always been a tremendous help when I come in to rent cars on a weekly basis. He has been very professional, enthusiastic and delivers quality service. Most importantly, Durbin puts me in the best cars based on my business need. I would highly recommend Budget rental car on North 1st Street!! One of the best experiences I had with any car rental. Everyone has their opinions, but for me I couldn't have went to a better location for a rental. I must have walked in on a good day.

They have the nicest staff. The cars are clean, the staff is helpful and nice. Outside of the Airport the best place to rent a car from Budget in Nashville.

We were very pleased with the rental car and especially the friendly and helpful staff named Dusty (all 3 of them!) and Anthony at 300 N 1st in Nashville, TN!
