I went to the one in Foxboro. The woman was great!! Very pleasant, didn’t try to upsell me at all. I even accidentally gave them the wrong address, and they called the recipient, and still delivered it to the right place. I couldn’t be happier.

Stopped in to this location yesterday afternoon to get something for my parent’s anniversary. The lady working there was so nice! She went above and beyond in helping me.

On incredibly short notice, I received word that I needed to have a birthday arrangement ordered and delivered. In a panic to make sure it would arrive on time (less than three hours) I called up Foxboro Edible Arrangements and spoke to a new trainee, Linda. Linda was so sweet and did all she could as a brand new associate to help quickly guide me through the process of ordering over the phone so we could make my tight deadline. Another associated, Debby, assisted in smoothing out any kinks in the order and finalizing everything. The call took a little longer than expected, which I understand as times are crazy, but "for my patience" Debby actually removed the shipping fee on the order! That generous gesture means a lot! What wonderful, fast, and efficient customer service! Thank you to both ladies for helping me pull off this order! Best of luck to Linda in the remainder of her training as well!

I can’t say thank you enough for your work! I called these guys at 4:30pm. Their website said they close at 5:00pm. I asked for 13 fruit arrangements to be delivered ASAP to our neighbors as we needed to apologize quickly for some poor Air BnB guests who had been very noisy all weekend. Not only did they fulfill my order by 6:15pm, they also hand delivered every single order with the longest apology note, and didn’t charge me individual delivery fees since it was all on the same street. They were so nice and understanding, and I just appreciate their work ethic and going above and beyond for their client! In a world where service retailers have simply forgotten what customer service means, I am so grateful for you all! (It all looked fresh and yummy too! It made our neighbors very happy!)

My son (5 year old) and I dropped in to pick up an order and had a great experience. The woman who greeted us was extremely friendly and helpful along with giving my son a free sample (needless to say he was very happy). He also got a smoothie which he said was delicious.

Ordered some fruit at the foxboro location recently for my anniversary. My order never showed that day. Granted it was right before a holiday and they were swamped. I called the next day and they apologized and resent my order with extras. For me, things can happen especially during busy periods. It’s how the company responds to the problem that’s important and they did so appropriately.

The Foxboro Massachusetts store went up and beyond my instructions for delivery. A death in a family had caused the recipient to travel and my order was delivered and send back. The store had held and delivered the same order to the neighbors on a Sunday evening so it was available for the family coming home after a long weekend of travel. The fox or owners of your store was great and understanding to deal with.

Did a wonderful job delivering my friend her birthday gift while I was outta state. She was so happy an surprised.

Ordered an arrangement for family friends to brighten up their day as there had been a death in the family and Edible Arrangements came through. It was nice to have been able to bring a bit of happiness into their life during such a sad time.

I ordered the fruit and vegetable basket. It was full of very fresh vegetables and fruits! They all look delish and a good variety of everything. I will order again It really helps during these days Thank you
