Friendly faces and quick unloaded my appoitment was 8 am and left the dock at 8.40, they have also space for parking if you come late go through to the shipper

Not too bad at all, on most days if not busy the get you loaded/unloaded in less then 30 minutes at best.

This is the new xpo, and it's called gpo. I know, don't ask easy in and out. The old xpo is closed and shut down. It's a jb hunt extra mile facility

1 Star is a Star too many. Absolutely awful delivery experience. Was provided the classic 4 hour window. I drove an hour to the new home to wait for it. Was sitting there in 90 degree weather, no A/C... waiting for a phone call or a ring of the doorbell. Nothing. I check the Home Depot tracking update and it said 'Missed delivery.' I called Home Depot and they had XPO call me. They called me from their Arizona hub. Completely indifferent and unsympathetic to my situation. They then said they could not get a hold of the SLC warehouse to contact delivery driver. These people simply do not give a sh*t. Tip: If you tell someone you will call them 30 mins before, call them. If you don't, call them when you arrive before taking off. Or at least get your lazy self out of the van to knock on the door before assuming that someone is not there.

Was there last month
Was the first truck at 7 am
I left the last one around 11 am
Wouldn’t touch the load for a few hours till the dispatcher started asking for detention
I’m on the same load right now for Monday
Will update if they improve

Not impressed for some reason they every time I go there they damaged our trailer I don't think the driver has brand new fresh damage going into the place but when they leave every time
