I left Ulta with some more makeup to add to my collection at home, and I will be using some Tarte foundation, blush and highlighter! I am super excited! The Tarte representative at this location, Brittany, was so helpful, intelligent, knowledgeable, patient and personable. She gave me some tips and I walked out with more products than I thought I would, but I am super happy! I will be back to this location again! The customer service was definitely 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great staff , variety of cosmetics, perfumes and make up and a reasonably priced store as well. They also have a online pick up option in the store which looked helpful incase you want to take advantage of it.
My wife was happy !

Shout out to Aly Moore for taking so much time helping me pick out hair products today, and giving me her expert advice on coloring! Although I wasn't able to make a hair appointment with her this trip, I really appreciated her time and opinions when there was no monetary advantage for her to do so. Thanks Aly, hopefully next trip!!

This location provides a beautiful experience. The staff is knowledgeable. The store is well stocked. If it's a product that needs to be ordered and shipped that provides a great option.

The lady that cut my hair is into knives which makes her cool as the backside of my pillow.
Edit: another lady cut my hair and she had scissors that cost over $1000 made by the guy who makes the swords in "Kill Bill". That is the coolest thing ever too.

Nice store. Bright, clean, well stocked with a variety of brands. Competitive prices. I bought Calvin Klein Obsession For Men for significantly less than at Macy's or Nordstrom or Belk. Highly recommend.

I’ve gotten my hair cut three times here and colored twice. Amber is the best hair stylist! Each time she does my balayage and cut I get complements and people ask where I go. (I have long layered hair with fringe bangs.) That never happened before Amber… Amber and Amy both helped me get my scalp healthier and explained how to better take care of my hair.

The salon prices are comparable to other salons, but I use my Ulta points and coupons for better deals. Note that it’s easier to schedule balayage if you call. That coloring method isn’t straightforward or always an option in the online scheduling.

Michael was awesome! He helped me replace all my makeup after I lost my case. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I'll be visiting this location when I need any more products, even though there's another Ulta closer to home.

The associates in this location were extremely friendly, not overbearing like some places and people can be. They talked to me when I got there and asked if I needed any help but did not hover over me like I was trying to steal something. And the lady at checkout was extremely polite and friendly as well! Everything was in stock also for 21 days of beauty that other stores were already out of and you couldnt order online because they were out. Thanks Ulta

I stopped into this location as it was on my way to work. I had some returns and needed help finding the right items. Stephen came from behind the counter to assist me. He was attentive and friendly and relatable. And, his suggestions were spot on! Thank you so much for fantastic customer service.

It's been quite interesting witnessing the "glow-up" of Ulta Beauty over the years. I remember when they began and really couldn't rival Sephora or a department store cosmetic counter at all. Now, they're really the place I prefer to shop. I like the fact they've begun to offer smaller businesses, lots of BIPOC businesses and selections, too. Adding the Afterpay option to the POS expands their reach and its fantastic. Truly cannot recommend them enough!

I had never been to Ulta before, (I know, I've been living under a rock lol) so I didn't even know where to start, Olga was soooo helpful and professional, she got me all set with new make up, serum, moisturizer, face wash, I'm very happy with my recent purchase.

This is a large, well stocked Ulta with an impressive selection of lines. I appreciate that they have many “clean beauty” lines, as well (paraben and phthalate-free, etc.). Sephora was my go-to spot for years when I lived in the Northeast. But in Nashville, the selection is much better at Ulta.

They have vegan style foundation, no animal cruelty and a great vent brush!

I visited this Ulta on Thursday, March 14th, 2019. There was a gentleman in the makeup section who was absolutely wonderful! I did not get a chance to catch his name but he offered advice on contour and make up brushes. I commented on his Smashbox contour brush and he pointed me to the correct contour brush to start using. Excellent advice! He was absolutely fantastic and I would come back to the store just to get more make up advice from him! Excellent customer service!

I have no clue about makeup, lipstick etc however I wanted to get my wife some new lipstick (her favorite thing to wear) and Brittany was extremely helpful. Even offered to give my wife an eyebrow wax as part of the package. She was awesome and my wife loved the lipstick Brittany helped me pick out.
