Really fast drive through during the post Holidays time period. I quickly and accurately got my order. Food was delicious. I got the 2 for $7 sandwich deal. Good buy. The only issue was the crowded parking lot. The drive-thru was clear and fast.

The team at this Arby's made our night. Our daughter (age 6) was walking back from the bathroom, and got hit by the door opening by an employee. Total accident, no one's fault, but the employee (Josh) was very apologetic and we continued with dinner. As we were finishing up, Josh arrived with a free chocolate shake for our daughter as a surprise to say sorry. Our daughter was thrilled (of course) and we were touched by his thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile to make our night great.

Yes, the drive through is crazy slow sometimes, but we have always been treated with respect at this Arby's.

Just went through drive through tonight, really great customer service I don’t know the young man’s name but he would say yes sir of course and he was really kind and I really think Arby’s has great customer service!!

The drive-thru worker (female) was awesome tonight!!! Super fast....speedy service! Food was hot! Love me some Arby's!!!

Arby’s always has good quality fast food menu items but each location has varying quality of service. The Arby’s in Kaysville has always been excellent and they don’t skimp on preparing the food.

This big chicken Kahuna burger was huge and had awesome flavor. Thanks for always paying attention to the details and always being so great!

Can't beat the classic Beef n Cheddar that has been their staple since they opened. Their curly fries are perfectly seasoned and require no dipping sauces to eat. Top it off with a delicious Jamocha shake and you have a great guilty pleasure meal.

Very clean and booths are quite private. Fried Mac and cheese is awesome but relatively expensive..too little food for 5 bucks

Stopped in to pickup an online order yesterday, and the staff was SO friendly! I felt so appreciated as a customer and the manager (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) in particular was, so, so friendly! One of those customer service experiences that just makes you so happy there are still good people in this world. And as always, the food was great! Thank you! :)

We went here today for the free sandwich after the jazz scored over 111 points last night. Not only do we love this deal, but the worker at the Kaysville drive threw was so fun, kind, and excited to see us when she didn’t have to be. It made our day.

Had the 2 for $7 special. Crispy fish and spicy roast beef. Both were very good. The person who helped me was outstandingly nice. Wish I had gotten her name to post.

Seems to be a line at all times of the day especially during lunch n dinner times. I'm sure it's due to them making everything at time you order. From hot sandwiches to cold sandwiches I've tried them all very good in taste and service was great. If you haven't tried their cookies it's a must and they'll warm everyone up for you as well.

We got the food to go so I really didn't experience the atmosphere. But we thought the food was delicious. And the service was great.

They have the best fish sandwich.

Employees are incredible! Some of the nicest workers of any restaurant I have been to! Pay the good employees well so they stay, if you keep your current crew around you will have a very prosperous Buisness! Best arbys in Utah!

We took advantage of the $1 menu which is between 2pm and 5pm everyday. We each got a filling and delicious meal for $5.00 with dessert. The customer service was wonderful and everyone seemed happy to be there. We definitely will go back!

I like this location in particular for dining in. My experience so far has been really good as the place is clean and staff are friendly. Food taste is standard with other locations.

Excellent customer service here. It was raining really hard and the guy at the window even gave me extra napkins to help wipe my door panel as I had come through the drive-thru. Great staff. Thanks for a good lunch.

Clean environment, fresh hot food

I love their little slider sandwiches, especially when they're only $1. Employees were super nice about making me a shake at the last minute in the drive thru.
