Ariat Brand Shop

Ariat is my favorite boot brand by far so I was excited to see this location while visiting Nashville! Great boots that have lasted me many years after a lot of wearing them, definitely quality products!

Beautiful new store with great product selection and pricing!!

This store is beautiful. Huge selection of boots for men and women and the clothing is also top notch. The staff is also very friendly and right there to help when you need to try something on. I know there are a ton of options in Nashville to buy boots, but I’m glad I came to Ariat.

Went to Nashville with 4 other friends. We went to your store, two of our friends wanted boots and one wanted jeans (she is very tall) Katie was the most amazing sales person. She took a lot time with each of my friends trying to find the right fit for boots and jeans. She is a problem solver. Well three of us bought boots, I also bought shoes and my friend bought jeans. If she wasn’t there to help, We would have probably not bought any of those items. Katie is absolutely amazing!! She would be the kind of employee I would want on my team!

This place is great, everyone was very nice and I saw a guy fall down stairs.

They explained how I could find a boot that fits, and they found the pair I wanted. The service and the products are excellent. I am going to have these boots for the rest of my life. And they were not as expensive as the rest of the boots that I have seen so far.

I picked up a couple of really nice Ariat t shirts complete with Nashville on them...

Had an awesome experience today in downtown Nashville! Great Black Friday deals made the store super busy, but the employees were extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we wanted in the correct sizes. My fiancée wanted a jacket that they did not currently have in store in her size, but the staff made sure to have it shipped to us and should be there when we get home from vacation!

I can’t say enough about Ariat-Nashville customer service! We visited from Memphis and accidentally got the wrong cut of an item. Ariat website won’t take store purchased returns. We called the store directly and they immediately sent us a shipping label, we had the correct size within the same week. There was even a small price increase in the new size and I included my phone number for them to call me so I could give them my card # for the difference. They ended up issuing a credit so I didn’t owe the difference. Amazing store and friendly staff. Will definitely return to shop in store!!!

I shopped in their store on Sunday May 16th This was the most amazing experience that I’ve had for customer service! I stopped in to do some shopping for my son who lives out of state and they were so kind to ship the things that I purchased to him! I live here in Nashville I can honestly say I will be doing all my shopping for my son who is a rancher That lives in the Midwest!

It was an amazing experience buying boots there, everyone was super friendly. The lady who helped me in particular you could really tell that she cared about getting the right size and all of that. Nit to mention some of the boots are cheaper than even at boot barn.

Very nice store in the center of Nashville. Good quality clothing at a decent price. Good customer service. Store is located within an outdoor mall.

We landed in Nashville from Florida freezing with no jackets. Melissa from Ariat, helped us, she was awsome and super friendly.
