Had to get my truck serviced here yesterday, Angel Alvarez from the service department took care of me and did an amazing job! He has great customer service skills and communicated with me the entire time with updates on my truck. If I could give more stars I would, I recommend going to Angel if you can! I will definitely return to get my truck serviced here in the future!

Wow where to start? This was my most amazing experience EVER. I bought my 2023 Ford Bronco Sport-Bandlands. Coming here a month ago I met the best salesmen ever. Mr. Alfred he was amazing! This was my first time ever going to the dealership he showed me around, heard my vision and allowed me to test drive a few vehicles. What makes Mr. Alfred different from the rest he hears your vision, he does not want to force a sale upon you that day, he’s very humble and trust your timing! A month later once my vehicle came Mr. Alfred reached out and made sure my purchasing process was a smooth transition. Very cool dude! Thanks so much again Mr.Alfred. ALSO the supervisor himself Mr. Buzz just as amazing!!! He’s very informative, sociable, as soon as I walked inside the dealership my second time he knew who I was! I had such a great experience when purchasing my vehicle. I ordered the 2022 ford maverick in aug 4, 2021 and received a call this Saturday to pick it up! It came out so beautiful and my sales person jaq was amazing. He was able to get me a great interest rate with their ford financing. We weren’t there long but the time spent was super exciting. I was given a tour of the facility and was able to go by the service center to see where I would bring my truck if I needed anything. The service was great from top to bottom. My financial advisor, name slipped my mind for a moment, was amazing as well! He broke down every option I had for my truck and i just can’t rave enough about how I was treated like family here. I can’t wait to recommend friends and family and hear their experience.

We had an excellent experience buying our 2022 Ford Explorer from Big Star, Ford. Stephanie, salesperson and Jared the financial officer were very pleasant to work with. Had a great experience. Our salesman John Cole, talked to me on the phone and I told him what vehicle we were interested in. He met us at the appointed time and was very thorough and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He walked us through the process and made the experience very smooth. Our finance Manager Brandon was very patient and didn't get upset or flustered when we had some reservations on the back end of the deal. Super staff and vehicle was even better than advertised.

I must begin by saying I don’t write reviews. However when a team like the one I encountered at Big Star Ford makes car buying painless I felt compelled to give them their props. José Suárez was my salesman and he was zero pressure. I have purchased many cars over the past 26 years and this is the first time I didn’t have to make up an excuse to get out of the dealership after spending hours haggling over numbers. I simply went to the dealership asked him if he had the type of truck I wanted. He went grabbed a set of keys for the trucks he had available that I would be interested in and showed them to me. When I asked about a particular one he said here take it for a spin if you like it we can run the numbers and see if it works for you. After my test drive he showed me the various scenarios depending on down payments trade in etc. a d said this k about it and let me know if this works for you. I said well it’s a bug purchase so I’m gonna sleep on it, expecting him to respond with the typical what do I need or do to get you in this truck today, salesman routine but instead he said absolutely sleep on it and if you decide to live forward call me and i can do the deal remotely. I called him the next day said ok let’s do it he sent me a link, i completed a simple app and a few hours later he called me and we scheduled the closing. Next I spoke to the finance manager Jared, who was equally friendly and professional he gave me options over the phone ( Gap ins, extended warranty etc.) but was not pushy at all. I. Hide what I wanted snd he said Jose could deliver the truck and have me sign the papers at that time but I opted to go in the next morning to meet Jared, sign the documents, inspect the vehicle, and shake their hands. I was in and out of them dealership in les than 30 minutes with a new truck, gassed up, washed, and Jared through in a cap to boot. I have never been to a dealership where I was treated so well and I would definitely recommend friends and family. In the end I felt like I not only got an awesome truck but made 2 friends in the process.

It was my first time having to take my own car in for servicing (dad usually does it for me) so I was a tad bit nervous, but everyone was so helpful and kind. Marion was patient & explained everything in a simplified version that I could understand - so appreciative for that. All around GREAT customer service.

Jarrod especially goes above and beyond to find you what you need and works with you to get you into the vehicle of your dreams at a fair price within your budget. My most recent purchase was a trade in for an upgraded model and Jarrod made it so easy. Had an excellent service visit with Big Star Ford today. Scheduling the appointment was easy and quick. They followed up and sent several reminders. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by a very pleasant agent, Renee. She was friendly, helpful and totally involved in making my experience stress free and successful. Today I just got my first car with my grandmother and it was nothing short of amazing. The service was out of this world. We got the exact car we were looking for at an amazing price.
