Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Dallas I-30 Cockrell Hill

I enjoyed my time here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were top notch. I loved the house music they played on the speakers. The breakfast was immaculate. My only complaint is that my tire got popped in the parking lot, but that’s no one’s fault that works here. Also the man who helped me with my tire was very nice. Be wary of sharp objects in the parking area.

I'm not sure why this place has under four stars in Google. It definitely hits above its weight. The service was impeccable, and the room was in top shape. A nice touch with my name shown on the TV with my reservation as a diamond member. The room was clean, basically no noise, and a variety of options for breakfast. I definitely recommend this place for your stay if you're in the area.

Very clean and excellent service! Ami Patel was very friendly upon my arrival and helped me with a booking error from a third party. Also, it's a great location if you're on business as there are many food options right down the road.

All the people working there were nice and professional. Gift goody bag s when your a member. No parking fee. Looked modern and well kept. My only issue is the pet charge, 75$ whether 1,2,3,4 or 5 days. I stayed three. I thought that was fare any less, not so fare.

Pretty clean hotel, comfortable beds! Nice bathroom and the breakfast was great with a lot of varieties to choose from. The lady attending the breakfast area was super nice and attentive. I did have to wait 10-15 when I came to check in 👎🏼and the rooms aren’t so quiet. I was able to get some rest though and take a nice shower. 😁

Great location. 👍 close to the museums, downtown and zoo. It's relatively new, opened in March 2023. So everything it fresh and feeling new. The free breakfast was really good. 🥲 we'll prepared nd fresh with all the equipment working properly. When I return to Dallas in the future, this is going to be my go to place to stay. 😊 great job guys!

We stayed for a night to attend the State Fair. Everything went fine, we were actually able to check in a couple hours early, and got a typical breakfast. I like that you can choose your room on the app, since we had two rooms and I could choose two close together.

Enjoyed my stay here, Syd was very helpful and considerate, and most definitely went that extra mile to provide a great stay for me and my wife.

We had a wonderful time here. Rooms looked newly renovated and loved how they had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower in dispensers. Same thing for hand soap and body lotion by the sink. The room was roomy and staff at the front were friendly. We ate breakfast there all 3 days and they had the best waffles we've had. They do put it away right at 9 though. Pool was great too, as we had it all to ourselves 2 nights in a row. No issues with parking. We would definitely be back.

Easy access to food shopping and Downtown Dallas. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Breakfast was great and it had a good variety for everyone. There are fast food locations within walking distance (100 meters). When in Dallas I will stay here again.

Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas I-30 Cockrell Hill is an outstanding hotel!!! Rooms are quite spacious and thoroughly clean, not to mention the property itself and the location could not be better situated. It is in close proximity to various restaurants and stores; plus, guests have easy access to the interstate (highway).

The service is incredibly impeccable and representative of what the Hampton brand is all about! A special shoutout to Ami, Sydney and Haley on making my mother and I's stay a great one! It was my mom's birthday during our visit to Dallas and Sydney in particular, went above and beyond the call of duty! She truly made my mom feel special and she also made me feel appreciated, especially as a diamond member.

I look forward to returning to this property! Keep up the amazing work everyone! :)

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in so far where I even walked around with anything on my feet or used shower shoes for fear of picking up something. Don’t get me wrong-I’ve never stayed at a motel or anything like that but the other affordable hotels were nothing like this. It was a wonderful stay. No complaints here. It’s my hotel for future stays.

Wonderfully renovated hotel with a superb staff. The room was beyond clean and comfortable. The staff was always cleaning and/or helping guests. There was an issue with the hot water in my room's shower during my stay and the front desk brought it to my attention instead of me bringing it to theirs. The maintenance staff was up in my room within 10 minutes of the initial phone call and the situation was resolved before I knew it. Amazing!

We were looking for a place to stay for the night & stopped in to your place. We were greetd by Maxine & Misty. They were so friendly & helpful.The hotel was clean & bright. The room was clean & comfortable.
We also visited with Shannon upon checkout & she was wonderful too!

You won’t regret staying here! We had a king suite that was awesome and the staff is absolutely kind and friendly. Very, very clean hotel!

What stands out the most was the Staff. Very friendly and supportive. They thanked me for my service and thanked me for choosing them. Breakfast was excellent and the lady who was preparing it, took care of everyone. The day was 5-18-2019. She deserves recognition, but sad I didn't get her name.

Elevators work good, parking is good and the doors to the rooms are not too heavy to push open. Disability accessible.

As someone else mentioned, the hotel is being renovated, but when I stayed there it was only on the outside. I stayed there for 3 days. It was always very quiet, the breakfast buffet really hit the spot to get me going for the day. They also had my favorite brand of tea in several different flavors. Last, but not least, the staff was always courteous and greeted me with a smile each time I came into the lobby. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.
