I had a great experience working with Julio. The staff made sure the car I wanted was clean, inspected, in total working order, full of gas, and met my expectations. Negotiations were tough, but I am satisfied with the deal we agreed on. They are definitely committed to making sure you are happy. For example my car only had one key, so when I asked they hired someone to have another one made. The Car was detailed and full of gas when I was ready to drive off the lot. I recommend getting a vehicle here.

Bought a truck from this outfit a few weeks back. Found the truck online, made an offer and with in minuets, i had received a call from Edwin excepting my offer. I left a deposit by phone and flew out later that week to pick up my new truck. Edwin personally picked me up from the airport, drove me back to the dealership where we finished the deal in about 15 minuets. The truck was fully serviced and ready to go. These guys are 1st rate. Found the truck online and sent an email to dealer and received a call back about truck immediately was happy and talking to a very under stable guy that gave me a great deal put a deposit on the truck and drove out to the dealership while on leave and heading to Alabama as soon as I arrived I was greeted and took on a test drive fell in love with my truck and the process was quite fast and painless! Highly recommended

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, Edwin does a really good job at dressing these Trucks up so you don't see whats really wrong, he buys them cheap and makes them look good and sells them at high retail. My experience included a bad number 8 piston right after i bought it... which i know he knew about because all he could tell me is that he planed on keeping the truck but didn't and now i know why.

He did offer me 500 bucks for the 8k fix but of course that was more of a slap in the face then anything.

This guy is your best friend until you drive away - Stay away folks!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience given. I was recommend by a friend here but told me to talk to Julio. Sadly Julio is out on vacation and had to deal with a lady name Ana. From the first contact she was rude and dismissive. I live far and didn't want to waste time going to dealership to waste time. I try to get everything to her to help with the pre approval. Every time she will say she will call back but never did and I had to be calling her back 3/4 times so I can get a response and when she would answer she will have an attitude. Absolutely rude would not recommend them if you care about customer service.

The finance guy is a jerk. Don't do business with these guys! Other staff is great, but the other guy gives them SUCH a bad name!
