I refer a lot of bonds to them through my job. I have always found them to be responsive and helpful.

They have been easy to deal with, friendly, and have answered all of my questions quickly.

Called them to get an insurance quote, I waited 7 days and no one ever called me back. I finally called them and the guy I spoke with was very rude and told me that no one wanted to handle the kind of insurance I needed. I told him a phone call back would have been nice so I could start looking someplace else.

The people here don't know what they are doing, and are very rude. I called and spoke to Sandra in the claims department and she was very rude and not trying to assist me in regards to one of my patient's we are treating that has them as an insurance carrier.

i am currently client with SPANN AGENCY , I have garage liability insurance for my car lot , i call them and ask them add property to my current police , first they told me that it is possibal , after 5 days , they told me that they too busy to help me out .
