Dr. Galloway is nothing short of amazing! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They made my seven year old feel at ease. Even calling for an appointment was quick and easy. Noe, the dental assistant was fabulous!

It would not let me leave another review so I wanted to come back and edit this one I just had another fantastic visit dr. Wright and dr. King are absolutely fantastic as well I was hoping for dr. Galloway but she was out of the office today but I was pleased to find out that every single doctor at that office takes the time out to be spectacular. Lisa at the front desk is also amazing she took the time to sit down with my husband and I before and after the procedure was done she was very reassuring. During the procedure doctor write answered all of my questions and reassured my daughter that everything was going to be okay she was gentle and kind Noe was amazing again. This will be the Pediatric Dentist of choice for my child at least until she's 18 years old.

We were traveling through Nashville when my son started saying he had tooth pain. We got an appointment within an hour. The staff was helpful and quick to help us and friendly. If we lived here we would definitely come back for additional visits.

The waiting room is similar to a circus side show. It's not uncommon for parents to leave half of their kids in the waiting room, unsupervised and take the other half to McDonald's. There are kids playing in and locking each other out of the bathroom, hanging on the front doors, jumping and yelling and or getting all up in your koolaid (personal space). The staff doesn't control that area, and they're usually not at the window, I imagine they'd be constant babysitters if they were. If you can get past the wild kids (PARENTS), you and your child will be extremely well taken care of. The dental assistants are warm and sweet hearted, and the dentist's were created to put kids at ease and do some seriously painfree, easy dental work. My two daughters have had quite a bit of work done here recently, and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. These people are amazing.

Left a message to be contacted about a bill a week later called back on a Friday the next week was told she doesn't work on Fridays. The office manager...that is. Previously before this my daughters teeth was pulled without laughing gas but was told it would be given to her and was billed for it. My daughter has Tenncare and all work has to be pre approved as this is procedure. They pulled the tooth the same day we spoke about it and charged me for it to unbeknownst to me. Received the bill in the mail for the first time 2 weeks ago with a 90 day past due in the heading. Don't go to this place save you a headache. Very UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORTHODOX. If no stars was allowed I would omit it.

The actual dentists are very nice and professional. However the receptionists are very rude, ghetto and unprofessional. They always tell me my kid doesn't have insurance and deny treatment but when i call the insurance agency they always say YES we definitely have insurance. This happens everytime we go. Instead of trying to find out why its not pulling up in their system they want to argue with me & insist on saying we don't have insurance. Very inconvenienced. Im finding another dentist

My daughter had a dentist appointment here and when we arrived it was the most unprofessional and unsanitary place I’ve been to in a while , staff members seemed as if they didn’t want to be at work and after waiting for over an hour of our initial appointment we left just walking and seeing everyone sitting on the floor as if it was a sleepover made it very uncomfortable. This place definitely has violations.

If I could give no stars I would. My appointment was at 9:00 am. By 9:52 I had enough and just decided to leave. Was not seen. Bathroom had no paper towels and piss on the seat.

Don’t waste your time booking at this place if you can avoid it.

Also don’t fall for the tricks of the “5 start” reviews. Most likely paid posters. There is no way possible this place is worth more than a 2 star rating

I made an emergency appointment due to excruciating pain that was later determined to be an abscess. I was refused treatment and sent away because I’m 8 weeks pregnant. They wanted a doctors note from an OBGYN doctor that won’t see me because I am too early in my pregnancy. I went to the emergency room that they recommended to me, where I sat in excrutiating pain for four additional hours. The emergency room couldn’t help me because I needed a dentist, not an ER. Despite being guaranteed by this clinic that no other dentist would see me without an impossible to obtain dr note, I finally called more dentists and was able to find relief for my abscess ten hours later from a compassionate clinic with common sense. My blood pressure and pain levels were off the chart by that time. I regret trusting this office with my well being. It was inhumain to refuse service to me.

I had a terrible experience. I came here to get several teeth fixed i believe they fixxed like 12 teeth in 1 visit. The assistant and the actual dentist were taking turns. I would hear the drill stop and the dentist would be watching tv. She was also on the phone with her daughter while working on my teeth. My teeth hurt worse after. Fillings came out soon after this. I would never reccomend anyone to go here.

Management is at an ALL TIME Hoodrat level. The front desk Personnel (especially the old white woman) was rude & insensitive.
I paid $150 for an exam & x-ray. There was no examination done, due to my medical history. The doctor stated that he had to refer me to a Dental Surgeon due to my medical history. The doctor never looked into my mouth, so he asked the old white woman if I could get part of my money back. She refused. So, l was robbed of $150 excluding the X-ray fees.
The is a HORRIBLE CLINIC WITH TRAILER PARK AND HOOTRAT MENTALITY & BEHAVIORS.
So, looking at my forms & referring me to an oral surgeon is the new examination or is this thievery?

for the love of god, please do not take your children to the perverted sadistic pedophile dentist that runs this place. I am a grown man now but, when I was a child my mother took me here and they severely over treated my teeth leaving me in permanent pain for the rest of my life. I had tenncare and to lowlife tenncare dental is a blank check with no regard for the child's health and well being. The dentist who treated me here was most certainly a sadist pedophile. He would always try to work on my mouth without providing me with any numbing agent or way too little Novocaine . When i would tell him it is hurting he would say it is not and that "if i don't sit still he is going to have to get the laughing gas." This facility picks children up by the busload from schools everyday. they even once took my little brother out of school without permission. After I told my mother how he was treating me, she came back to the room unexpectedly and he became very angry that my mom was in the room and kicked me out mid procedure. It was obvious that he didn't want to be observed because he was in the middle of getting his weird evil rocks off at my expense. If I were to ever see him again I would certainly let him know how I feel about what he did to me but, alas no one will tell me his name and my mother doesn't remember. He was a very heavy set white male with glasses who drove a hummer truck at the time (early 2000's).
