My husband and I stayed at this beautiful rustic, quaint, clean Inn. It exceeded our expectations.
From the minute we walked through the door, to the friendly greeting, charcuterie and choice of wine or beer, we knew we had picked the right place.
We checked out very early 4 a.m. and staff had a wonderful breakfast for us to take on our long journey home.
If we are ever in Nashville again, we would not hesitate to book this place again.
Thanks for making our stay top notch.

I recently shot a small intimate wedding ceremony there. The Germantown Inn offers great amentities with beautiful natural lighting. Very clean and kind staff as well. Due it being an inn it is the perfect place to have an intimate wedding gathering. I can't recommend the Inn enough for those looking for a modern, intimate wedding space.

We were in town for a show that was happening a few blocks away and chose the Germantown Inn as our home base for an evening/day.

They were super easy to work with on the phone to make our arrangements. My friend that accompanied me requires handicap access as she is in a wheelchair. They put us in "The Buchanan" because it has a roomy bathroom and a full-size walk-in shower.

Our arrival was rather early (4am), which was arranged prior, and we had no hiccups in the slightest. Everyone was quite friendly, the room was as it should be, and our experience as a whole was amazing.

I would not hesitate in the slightest to stay here again.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay here while in town for a concert. Check in was seamless and all of the employees were very helpful. The Happy Hour from 5-6 with local drink options and charcuterie was a nice touch, and the room was cozy and had some nice amenities (only downside was the AC didn't get quite as freezing as I like, but that's a personal preference). The common areas were nice and include a small rooftop patio and garden area where you might run into Rummy, the grounds cat. There's also limited free parking on site and free street parking.

Checkout was just as easy as check in. Breakfast included coffee, orange juice, quiche, yogurt, and various pastry options. Management is also considerate of dietary restrictions and made sure to stock some dairy free options. Overall, we loved our brief stay!

The upstairs deck was a lovely spot for evening drinks and charcuterie. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly-we will definitely be back!

Fantastic location, cozy rooms and inviting hospitality made our stay a memorable one. The small details such as free drinks with charcuterie, comfortable robes in room, and quality linens really set this location apart from the rest.

The location is in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with a busy nightlife. Very enjoyable all around. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Thank you, Germantown Inn. We loved our stay with you.

We were lucky enough to spend our Memorial Day Weekend getaway in the Monroe Room. The space was adorable and spotlessly clean. We tend to seek out chic areas off the beaten path when travelling, The Germantown Inn was all of the above and just the perfect spot to recharge. The staff was simply amazing and very accomodating. Top remarks to Chrissie, she was very passionate about the neighborhood and offered some great recommendations. We cannot wait to return for a longer stay!

We had never visited Nashville before. We wanted to stay off the main drag and found the Germantown Inn.
The Rosa Parks room,in a charming building beside the main Inn.
We were treated like a welcome family member.
Krissy,Amy and staff were very helpful with good places to dine and worthwhile visits.
The room was so comfy and decorated simple but elegant.
They offer a delicious breakfast and happy hour with fine wine and charcuterie.
Germantown is a great place and is within walking distance of great dining.
Hopefully,we will do a return trip
Thanks again.

You won’t regret it :) This place was lovely! From the amazing beds to the outstanding hospitality. I know it’s hard to believe reviews as I have been burnt one to many times. You won’t regret this! Every room is so thoughtfully put together. It’s in the most perfect part of town! Every night you get a charcuterie box and a beverage of your choice! I looked forward to my nightly snacks. The staff even tracked down a fan for my stay! If you sleep with a fan you know that it’s an absolute necessity! The Turkish towels!!! They are a pleasant surprise. I have to say we purchased some once we got home... :) It’s far enough from Broadway for silent nights but close enough to get a taste of Nashville. Germantown cafe is outstanding for dinner! Loved everything about this place!

Germantown inn was at a great location! It was super close to downtown, and Germantown itself had a lot to offer. Beth, one of the staff, really went above and beyond for us with recommendations. I'd also like to give a shout out to the manager, Kellie. She was exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side. However, definitely worth it for the location and the kind staff!

I stayed at the Germantown Inn with my 8 year old daughter. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The common areas are comfortable and the 5 pm happy hour is a great touch. The entire staff was helpful (special shout out to Chrissy who could not have been nicer).

My husband and I stayed at Germantown Inn twice in the last few months since our daughter moved to Nashville. We’ve found “our place” to stay every time we come to Nashville. I won’t stay anywhere else. I selfishly want to keep this boutique inn to myself but know during these times that businesses such as this depend on me to share my experience so they can remain in business and I can enjoy staying here long into the future. For anyone concerned about their stay, COVID guidelines are followed meticulously. Very much appreciate how they continue to offer delicious complimentary breakfast choices and appetizer hour from 5 to 6pm with individually boxed snacks and wine options. I hope to experience the usual spread when things return to normal. The hospitality is top notch! The bed is so comfortable I’ve gotten my best sleep in a long time while there. The rooms are decorated beautifully and are super clean. Luxurious linens, towels, robes, toiletries and complimentary bottled water awaited our arrival. The staff is very nice and make you feel at home. I can’t wait to stay when the weather is warmer and we can experience the beautiful outdoor courtyard and rooftop patio. They even have rooms that are pet friendly and if I need to bring my dog with me I’m happy to know she we be welcome to stay with us. The beautiful common areas would be perfect for intimate gatherings or celebrations. If you are thinking about staying here, do it. You won’t be disappointed.

Lovely and beautiful stay, tucked away, but still close to lots of things to do. Husband and I checked in late evening on a Friday after driving in from Knoxville and stayed through Tuesday morning — never had an issue with parking and location is easy to find.

Free breakfast included each morning was generally about the same, an assortment of baked goods like mini donuts, muffins, and croissants, along with slices of quiche, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit cups, coffee, and orange juice. Charcuterie/drink hour from 5 until 6 PM each evening was also a nice little treat, and they have them premade and boxed up for you to enjoy, and you were also able to get two free soft drinks or alcoholic beverages per person. There is a beautiful little outdoor courtyard with hanging lights overhead, and indoor living room/communal dining area with a little coffee/tea bar as well available at all times

We stayed in the Roosevelt room, which is in the adjoining carriage house, which holds four rooms named after influential women, whereas the main house I believe has six rooms named after presidents. Beautiful room on the top floor, no noise to be heard coming from other rooms, except for the occasional opening/closing of doors. Very comfortable bed, pillows, and luxurious robes.

Tons of great little restaurants/drink spots in the Germantown area within walking distance, and if you’re willing to walk about a mile you can get right in downtown Nashville

Would highly recommend!

Probably one of my all time favourite places I’ve stayed. Chrissy and Amy go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Rooms are amazing, beds amazing, atmosphere amazing, neighbourhood amazing. We were able to sit and have wine with one of the owners as we were relaxing during one of their happy hours where Amy gave us a glass of wine and a charcuterie board. The neighbourhood is close enough that we would often just walk down to Broadway or hop on a scooter and be there in no time. I can’t wait to go back.

Great service, ambiance and clean. Sheets were great. Bed could have been a little firmer but that’s a personal preference I imagine. Nice location that’s certainly walkable to downtown, etc. but close to lots of great restaurants where it is and more relaxed/residential than downtown/Broadway, etc. We thankfully stayed at Germantown Inn after initially considering staying downtown. Chrissy and Matthew were excellent! I would highly recommend and stay there again.

There’s so much to say. This boutique hotel is simply MAGNIFICENT! Its beautiful, charming, historic, clean, walking distance to excellent dining and the best part is their staff. They are simply sensational. We had an early flight back home and Amy prepared a small breakfast box, put together with so much detail. The only thing I’m sorry about is that we didn’t stay longer! We will def be back. Thank you!!

This is by far one of the best places my wife and I have ever stayed at. It almost seemed as it was a hidden gem in a great neighborhood. We mostly dealt with 2 staff members (I forget both the ladies names) and they were AMAZING. Every time we walked in they asked how our day was or if we needed anything. They were great at making suggestions for things to do while we were there and even went as far as calling ahead to make sure they weren't too busy.

The happy hour and breakfast was great, and since there were only a handful of rooms it was never "crowded". We got to chat with other people staying there and the two owners. They were also great and it was fun talking to them about the Inn and great places to eat.

We will definitely be staying there again every time we are in Nashville. Rooms were great and comfortable as well. We didn't want to leave.
