So right before Thanksgiving I began looking for a vehicle. I seen a Jeep Cherokee posted on David Diehls Facebook. I learned that he worked for Four Stars Auto Ranch. I reached out to David and immediately I was family. David explained everything about the vehicle. Even things I didn't know that I needed to know. The process took a little time due to my situation but David and the folks there went above and beyond to make sure I got my Jeep. I purchased an Equinox RS on 2/27/24. I fell in love with the car when 1st saw it & drove, but was not to the point of purchasing that day. Anthony Levell is my salesman, he is the go to guy for honesty( which is hard to find now day) Anthony & Greg explained all my options of trading in my car with all my finance options. Several weeks later the Stars aligned & my RS was still available. Got my payments where I wanted them to be. Chris Hughes was great to work with signing all my papers. I came into this dealership, after an honest and pleasant experience on the phone, to review a vehicle that I had seen online. The vehicle was still on the showroom and I was meet at the door by very courteous sales and support staff. They were all very helpful and pleasant which allowed me to feel at ease and enjoy the process that much more. Bethany was awesome! The whole sales process and transaction was really smooth. I buy a ton of vehicles and Bethany has been one of the best salespeople I've dealt with.
