Hyatt House Nashville Downtown / Convention Center

The Hotel is in a great location. It's located within walking distance of several restaurants and City Winery. There is a bar in the hotel and I had the best lemon drop. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff, especially Kelvin, was very helpful. There was only one downside, the breakfast was horrible, and I mean horrible. So during my stay I had to leave the property to get breakfast. The coffee was OK though. There is on-site parking at $45 per night.

This was a mini spring break vacay for our little family! The hotel is amazing, very clean, great breakfast choices as well. The rooms are super nice, bed was very comfortable and you can’t go anywhere in the hotel without your key card (not even in the elevator). We loved that safety feature. It is walking distance to broadway and restaurants. The only down fall was the pool heater was not working, so the kids did not get to swim because it was so cold. That’s he main reason we stayed here was so our kids could swim during our down time. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend giving the Hyatt House a shot!!

The hotel is walkable to the main attraction. I got the studio two queen beds. The room was nice. It had a kitchen with all the appliances and utensils. The room service is every three days. Small services like removing the trash and making the bed on the five days are cleaning everything. I love having a microwave to heat the leftovers. Complimentary breakfast: they have different hours on the weekend and weeks.

The hotel itself was superb! The customer service was excellent. Upon check in, Manger Kelvin Butler gave TOP NOTCH service!! He was very professional, pleasant and personable! We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and Kelvin went out of his way to make sure we enjoy it to the fullest! The room was absolutely amazing, clean and very spacious! We will definitely tell everyone we know about this amazing establishment!!

Easy walk to many fine attractions. The Bridgestone Arena, Broadway. The rooms was well equipped for service if needed. Clean. Loved the glass shower doors w/ plenty of room throughout my entire space. W/ the living room/ tv/ kitchen bar/ heating plate and option to use the coffee maker made for coming home very comfortable. I found that the HYATT HOUSE and their complete staff were welcoming and helpful. I'm glad to have chosen this as my hotel. It's close to nice dinner places and not too far from Martin's or The Donut Parlor.

Had a great experience here. It was right near everything but just out of the way enough to not be in the mix of everything. People were very nice and kind. The room was clean and convenient. We definitely will look into staying here again when we visit Nashville.

My parents spent their anniversary there and loved the proximity of the hotel to the downtown and the cleanliness and amenities of the hotel itself. They would recommend! However, they did prefer the Hyatt House at the airport more than the one in downtown!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were great and staff was exceptional. We had friends paying twice the nightly rate with so less amenities

The staff was absolutely amazing. Housekeeping was respectful and super nice. The breakfast and eating area staff were top tier. I've never had such kind and helpful service along with great food. Thank you!

Great hotel, friendly staff. Laid back yet hard working crew. Clean rooms, modest walk to Broadway (15 minutes) easy for Uber/Lyft pickups. Great warm pool. Frederiqua at the front desk is so friendly and kind. Customer service superstar. Definitely will stay again.

This is a nice hotel a fairly lengthy walk to the Broadway area where all the entertainment is but it is very nice and includes a free breakfast.For younger folks the walk is probably a breeze. But for older folks it is a bit of a hike. Otherwise it is pretty nice.

We had a great stay here, Excellent breakfast is included. Proximity to everything downtown is just minutes away, on foot. We will stay here again. Fair prices.

Great room. Had a funny smell but overall still good. Location was perfect.

This was a great stay! Check in was quick and easy! The staff were amazing, friendly, and upbeat. Will was the one who checked me in and he just made the start of my stay that much more wonderful. Answered all my question, never made me feel like an annoyance.

Pretty good hotel experience! We stayed at this hotel as a Titans fan group for the Falcons/Titans game that Sunday (October 29th 2023). The hotel room that my wife and I stayed in was amazing, neat and clean when we checked in, spacious room, and very luxurious. We went to the bar downstairs the same night that we got and had a few drinks. The next morning, we went back down to the bar area for breakfast. It was pretty good also! I'd definitely recommend staying there again.

The shining star of this place is Gabe, the hotel lobby bartender. Not only does he give top-notch service but we felt immediately at home in his presence. Would definitely return.

I don't even know where to begin. Our house flooded so the insurance company put my girlfriend and I up in the Hyatt House for about a week. The breakfasts were a 10. The service was a 12. And the room was perfect. Housekeeping was great and came by every day just to see if we needed anything. We even had a bit of an accident in our room and the Hyatt House staff was so forgiving and helpful. I'll be recommending this place to anyone I know that's traveling to Nashville. Thank you Hyatt House!

Our stay at the Hyatt was amazing the staff was super nice our room was on the 8th floor The view on that floor was amazing it was so pretty at night. Our room was very clean with clean towels with soap and shampoo and conditioner. Their breakfast in the morning was so good. Me and my family will definitely if we have to stay in Nashville again and my son loved the pool... Thank you so much for taking care of me and my family we will definitely stay again in future!!!

Annie at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! Extremely friendly and helped me get everything figured out. This was our first trip to Nashville and it was an unexpected trip. We had no reservations and arrived well before normal check in time. Annie did everything and got us into a room very quick. She even took the time to help us figure out where to go to see as much as possible. The room we stayed is was perfect!! No complaints at all. Everyone we encountered there was extremely friendly and helpful. The bar tender there stayed open a little later for us that night as well. It's extremely easy to walk to all the popular areas and see all the bars and restaurants without getting caught in the madness of the area. I can't recommend this place enough. We will be back for sure. Thank you again Annie for all your help!!!!!

Had a wonderful stay near downtown Nashville! We got a 2nd floor room and were worried about the street noise since we were light sleepers. However, it was surprisingly quiet and we slept so well. Neither of us heard any car noise or slamming doors from other rooms. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was spacious for adults and we totally enjoyed it late at night by ourselves. Breakfast was ok. Location was excellent. The front desk staff kindly offered free parking for us as we were using our Hyatt Discoverist certificate, which was huge bonus! We would definitely come back again!
