After several failed attempts to copy a key, I headed to West End Lock and Key to give the experts a try. 2 keys later, I’m a totally satisfied customer! The keys work perfectly and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back! They are awesome!

I was just there during my lunch break and just returned to my office. I had to write a review. I had two motorcycle blank keys that I needed to have copied from the original. Walked in, was greeted by a gentleman named Jeremy. Very personable guy. Went right to work copying the keys, all 3 are exact matches and to say the price was reasonable is an understatement. The experience reminded me of how personal customer service used to be.

I needed a couple of spare keys for my motorcycle. These are chip keys and very specific to the manufacturer and model. I ordered the blank keys from a dealer on the west coast and needed to get them cut locally. Chip keys are expensive so I wanted them cut right. Not a job I would trust to a hardware or big box store. West End Lock Co cut the keys for me. They were quick, professional, and the cost was very reasonable. This will be my go to place for anything lock related.

First impression is the best. This place is great. I needed a key and Ace hardware sent me here. They cut my key based on the key code and was done within 10 mins because I didn’t have my original. The key work great!

On the 3rd day out on a planned 3-week road trip I discovered I left the house without the key to the battery compartment for my E-Bile. Not wanting to return the 600 miles to grab the key I instead went to West End Lock. Nice people, nice service. Nashville you're lucky to be have such a great Locksmith company!
