Excellent Service. Mark Tucker and his staff provide a high level of service to his customers. I had a situation where I did not report my roof replacement and Mark's staff went out of their way to obtain the maximum refund for past premium payments. The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable about the business. And they return your calls!

When I started looking to change insurance companies due to price increases, my first concern was working with a good company and after much research and talking to people who had Allstate insurance I requested a quote from Allstate. Mark Tucker's team has been great to work with. They are very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and if they don't know the answer to a question, they take time to find out and give accurate information. And, as a bonus, I was able to get the same coverage for considerably less than what I was paying my other insurance company.

Looking to insure my primary vehicle along with a secondary one, I was hoping to find a less expensive policy. I'd previously had Amica and looked at Progressive, Geico and State Farm and not a one came close to the quote given by All State. Iris, with Mark Tucker's office, was professional however, personable. She listened to what I was looking for and provided a number of options in the way of monthly payments and deductibles. I've since needed to change my automatic withdrawal date and they were happy to help me out. Very glad I made that call to Mark Tucker's office. It reminded me of the All State office my parents dealt with when I was a kid. Thanks, everyone.

Recently we really got a chance to see how his company and the primary Insurance Company (Allstate) handled things when times got tough. We were hit hard during the late March Hail storm in the Dallas area. 4 vehicles as well as roofs on two homes. The follow up was within hours of when the storm hit us (Sunday night!) We were taken care of and are very happy with the overall performance by both Mark and Allstate!

Mark Tucker’s Allstate agency has been great. They have been available and more than willing to help us answer any questions we have. After switching our home owners policy we were so impressed with their response time we moved all other vehicle coverage as well.

Mark Tucker and his team went above and beyond for me when I was shopping for insurance. They stayed in the office after hours, one woman was even going on vacation and was assisting me as she was at home getting ready to head out!

The cost of the insurance was a bit higher than I was hoping for, however, I felt no anxiety about my coverage, I knew for the next 6 months I’d have Allstate behind me. I just bought a new car and wanted to make sure it was fully protected by a company and team that were committed to being the best. (I’ve used Allstate before, just in different cities)

My renewal is coming up in about 6 weeks and I’m excited to sign on for another 6 months. I hope to be an Allstate customer for many years to come though!

Overall my experience has been positive. Was pleasantly surprised this past auto renewal. My premium went down by $5.10 instead of going up. I know that isn't much, but better than the constant upward trend. Hope my home renewal will be the same!

Haven't had to have a lot of trips to the actual business as my concerns have been handled over the phone. Also, haven't made many changes to my coverage.

If you're looking for friendly, personal service, this is the place!!! I've been with Allstate for 28+ years, so I've had to switch agents a couple of times. Mark had been great to work with and always checks in/follows up to see that all is well. It's one place I know I can still get small town service when everything in Denton is growing and many businesses are becoming impersonal.

I changed to Allstate about a year ago. I selected the Mark Tucker agency because it is close to my home. This agency and Allstate have been great to work with. I have had a glass claim and hail damage on my truck and the service was fast and professional. I really like that Allstate has a relationship with Safelite for windshield repair.

I have not had the pleasure of working with Mark Tucker directly. However I have dealt with Kuiama Mince, a senior sales producer at Tucker's agency. I have nothing but praise for Mrs. Mince. She is quick to reply on emails and she gives a clear, concise message.
