I have had his agency in my life for nearly 20 years. Top shelf company, with a very capable (and bilingual = Spanish) agent working under him. You can definitely trust this agent!

Too high of prices

We have had insurance through Nationwide with him as our agent. We have home, auto, and life - which we've been faithful in paying monthly and have had no accidents or issues on our end. In March, water came into our home through our roof and for the first time, Nationwide had to pay out for something. I am never able to get a hold of Charles or anyone in his office - nor do I ever receive a phone call back. In addition, our premiums go up at the end of every cycle and we cannot get ahold of him to explain why. I've called Nationwide and they said I have to go in person somewhere else to get a rep but being pregnant with 3 under 3, that is not as simple as it sounds. I DO NOT recommend him as your agent or Nationwide overall.
