City of Krum Water Utilities

Always greeted with a smile and kindness wether it’s calling in for an inquiry or stopping by in person to pay my bill. The team of ladies in the water department office that I have always worked to do their very best to resolve issues quickly and really maintain the small town feel.

Super nice folks, lobby is clean, nice building

I live alone and my water bill is $400 yes I do water but not anymore that I always have for 15 yrs. They are telling me I’m using over 2000 gals per day and some days 4000. They argue that I have a new smart meter and it can’t be wrong. Said it was installed 2 mos ago. That’s what the say everytime I’ve had to complain! Always it was installed two months ago!! Social security doesn’t go far enough to pay a $472 water bill. There is no way I can pay this. I guess I’ll drive to the gas station to potty and take spit baths cause they are going to disconnect me! Yes I do think krum water rips people off. They charge more for water than any place I have ever lived.

Have been in home for 3 months. My bill has gone from 50 dollars in March to 110 in April to 210 in May. Completely unacceptable and I feel the city of Krum is ripping people off. My water usage has not changed since I have been in home.

I just moved from Fort Worth and my a utility bill is double what it was there. Why?
