Robertson and the guys are definitely friendly and fast workers. Appt was set for 13:00 but checked in at 9:00 and out by 10:00. Office workers are great and nice. Very clean warehouse and lots of room for backing. Will be back.

Facility Pros: Modern, clean facility, clean restroom, restroom has cleaning bottle to clean toilet after previous users.

Facility Cons: When I used the restroom the sensor sink didn't work and I put soap on my hands but couldn't rinse them off so I wiped them off with paper towels.

Amenities Pros: Free coffee or hot chocolate, and a machine that has hot or cold water. The cold water is fresh and cold. There's a vending machine with drinks a snacks. There's also a microwave to warm up your food up.

Amenities Cons: None

Check In Pros: Fast and easy when you have a Pick Up Number. Get sent directly to a door.

Check In Cons: None

Loading Pros: Usually start loading as soon as you back up. Sometimes it may take a little while before they start loading you if there are multiple trucks ahead of you. Once they start loading it take right at about 2 hours because they are hand loading every piece for the doors without a lock in latch. For the doors with a lock in latch and a red light green light signal, I'm unsure how long they take to load, though I'm certain it's faster because those doors are most likely loaded with a forklift.

I checked in at 09:00 and they were done loading me by 11:30. That wasn't bad at all compared to other customers and shippers I have been at. The place was also easy to find.

I had to drive all over the DFW area all day picking up for my load, as we all know that's a pain in the neck. Arrived 3 hours after appointment time for reasons previously stated. Was in the door 1513 was out at 1543 (30mins). The guys were nice, Ryan in the office was helpful and very nice. They could have told me to go away as they were supposed to be done for the day. I appreciated that and hope to do business with them again! Thank you!

I'm speechless. Was picking up a load, drivers lounge it's amazing! People it's soooo nice and they will even come give you a threat (chocolate bar or beef jerky) when loading process is complete so you can have something for the trip!!!

Doors open at 7:00am once you check in and have proper pickup number..they assigned you a door asap...and to those guys at warehouse loading trucks....very awesome job those giys come to work everytime...Awesome job to everyone...

Arrived to live load and took about 3 hours. Not bad considering it’s all floor loaded boxed furniture. Guys did a great job!!!

The guys that loaded my truck made a way out of no way. Tight fit but they got through it. I love the fact that they didn't stop until they were done.
