It was the most wonderful time of the year and we received the most wonderful service. Misa the cashier was being trained by Vanessa and they both were extremely friendly, answered our questions and made us feel welcomed as customers. USA Beauty Supply has an abundance of products …especially hair and wigs….hair, hair and more hair🤩. It is a one stop shop for your beauty needs. Ask anyone for assistance and they will gladly point you in the right direction. The good prices, soft music, the organization & cleanliness of the store along with the exceptional service and experience has made USA my favorite Beauty Supply superstore.

Second time visiting and received excellent service from Susie. Susie happens to be the store manager. Store was nice and neat. Aisle of great selection. I visited for just one wig and left with 3. Prices are reasonable as well. I don’t live in this area but whenever I’m in Arlington, I will definitely come back!

They stay open later , they’re lace fronts are affordable , and their customer service is over the top! Susie always makes sure my experience at the beauty supply is the absolute best and is so helpful to me each and every time I go there , great place!

Good place to purchase hair care products. A large selection of hair care products, to include hair growth products, crochet hair, tracks, protective styles, and wigs. Highly recommend. This is a new location. Very clean and organized.

Susie in the wig section is the bomb. She took her time helping me choose my wig. And then she stayed to help me try a few on so that she knew I would be happy with my purchase.

The store has very good items and affordable. I like Susie at the hair department, she's always very helpful finding me good and stylish hair, she's so friendly and doesn't get tired of going back and forth to get me different hair picks from the shelf lol. Great customer service overall.

I have been a customer since their first day of opening and absolutely love their selections. The owners and managers have always been kind and friendly. On the heels of my birthday, she helped me pick the most amazing piece and I absolutely love it. I wouldn't trade the experience in picking it out for anything. This location always has the latest products and the best selections and is inclusive for all hair types and cultures. This is always a first stop for me and it should be yours too.

Best Beauty supply store in town alway clean and employees are always so nice and helpful very recommended!

The only thing that I don't recommend doing is touching the stuff bc they will get super duper mad.
