Arroyo Authentic Mexican Food

The food was really delicious and our waiter was friendly. I would for sure go back!! I had 3 different enchiladas and they were all good, but the chicken was my favorite. My husband had the burrito. I tasted it and it was good also. They even had fresh chips and awesome queso and salsa!!

Chile rellenos, tamales (were excellent), carne asada and chicken enchiladas were all very tasty. It felt like we were visiting family, staff was inviting and made us feel welcomed. This is a "Don't judge a book by it's cover" type of place. What it lacks in curb appeal it makes up in the quality of food and service. Support your local family owned businesses.
Update: Still one of our go-to places. Junior always makes sure my picky husband gets what he wants. Not even sure where it is on the menu but I ask for street tacos and it always surprises me Junior remembers I like green sauce, knows what we drink and makes us feel like we are home.

The food, the drinks, and most of all the services were all excellent. Not one complaint

The food was good and filling, and the waiter was very nice and friendly. Went out of his way to put on the football game and make sure we were all taken care of.

The food is amazing! Just like if you were sitting in your grandma’s kitchen table. The wait staff was nice and friendly. Told us about different places to go to while visiting there.

First time here with a church group. Looks a little divey at first as used to be a Braums. Really good food and service was great and friendly.

Underrated, and the best service and food you absolutely need to try. The food is delicious and inexpensive. My family came to town and everyone told them to go to Uncle J's, I convinced them to give this place a shot instead. No one was disappointed. 100% recommend trying their chicken nachos!

Its our go-to! Never super busy...always friendly staff. Mexican homecooked meal, my son loves the breakfast burritos and the chips and salsa is ALWAYS ON POINT!!
