We had our home built with Biddison Homes and it was the best decision we made from start to finish. Mark was the only builder in the hill country area that would consider our budget and with that he still built us a high quality home. He was very flexible with our schedule and followed through on his word every time. He pays great attention to detail and has his team checking the homesite every day of construction. We highly recommend Biddison Homes if your are building in the hill country area.

Mark was always available for questions or coordinating services.
It was common for Mark to be on-site as he was heavily involved in the build.
Standard features were a level or two above other builder's options. So many
people came by to ask who our builder was and for contact info. We also appreciated
patience and education during the build process. I would recommend Biddison to someone looking to build a home in the near future.

Marksman Homes just completed replacing our deck. This was a complex project because of a sunroom under the deck, which we wanted to be watertight. Mark Biddison, the owner of of Marksman Homes, spent much time and effort evaluating and planning. He also got input from several of his subcontractors, who came and looked at the situation numerous times. Once Mark had a plan, he gave us some choices on some of the materials to be used and the cost of each. We made our choices and agreed on the price. The project was completed in a timely manner, and we are totally pleased with our new deck. Mark, as well as Bob (his employee), are very professional and thorough. Also, the subcontractors and their employees were pleasant and considerate. We wholeheartedly recommend Marksman Homes!

My experience with Marksman Homes far exceeded my expectations. We remodeled our half bath and replaced our tile floors. They moved everything out and back, even including a large storage closet under the stairs. They put up plastic tarps and kept the dust to an absolute minimum. All of his sub-contractors did exceptional work and were a pleasure to have in our home. Everything was finished to my complete satisfaction, and I will definitely use them for further upgrades in our home.

I was hesitant to go forward with plans to remodel our kitchen and other repairs because of a previous negative experience.

We never had to worry about a thing and instead of the process being stressful, it was fun. He always kept us informed and made us actually understand the process of building a home. He’s very very detailed. He cares about your wants but will also give you input on his past experience. He works super quick and is on site very often. Everything he did looks very high quality. He’s very responsive and quick to make changes at your request. Most importantly, he takes pride in his work. The day he gave us our keys he said “this is bittersweet,” he truly looked happy for us, and that was important to us. He loves what he does and you can see that in his work! And not only Mark is this way, it’s his whole team. His foreman was equally as passionate and we appreciate that as well! We’re so thankful for them both. Biddison Homes is the best!! Hands down on a scale from 1-5, I give them a 10!
