Austin was very helpful! He took his time sharing his knowledge of products with me. He made sure I got what I wanted, and didn’t take advantage of the fact that I didn’t know much about what I was purchasing and try to make me buy more than what I needed. Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable!!

They are very friendly and professional. I go there for their CBD products, one of the best in the area. My daughter goes there, as well. They have an assortment of different products. They will always explain each process and give their recommendations for my needs. Great store!!

They’re always pleasant and helpful; although there are two vape shops nearer to me, I choose to give Bexar Roots my business. Also, the selection is plenty and the shop is clean.

Love stopping by bexarroots such a cool store and the employees are amazing. The vape selection is huge and pricing is really good. They really make me feel like a customer and not just want you in and out. If your in the spring branch area dont go anywhere else you'll regret it.

I've been here many times, not once have I had an unpleasant experience. The owners are fantastic and very knowledgeable, they obviously care about their product and providing a great experience. They focus their products around Texas, and u.s. glass, they have a solid amount of high end and lower end stuff for all the masses. They provide details on all their vapor products and are always doing community work as well as hosting events within their location.

I have been in the shop a few times, it’s got a beautiful atmosphere. I’ve never dealt with owner, but employees were very knowledgeable and helpful, answered every question I had. Plus some of the most exquisite and unique glass pieces this side of the equator! 10/10 will be back!

Great selection, high quality products, well organized, and a fair price without the drive to San Antonio or Austin, but still on the level of similar shops you’d find in either city. This place is fantastic! Locally owned and operated this shop has everything you could want and more. I love that they carry custom glass pieces by local artists. There is something for everyone here - jewelry, bags, backpacks, candles, glass ware, CBD, vape products, tobacco products and more! You have to stop by and check it out. Best part is prices are unbeatable!!! Owners are almost always on site which is another bonus in my book.

This is one of my favorite local smoke shops. Their employees are hands down what makes the experience there one to come back to over and over. Def get your glass and other smokable items from here!
