A Great Bank/Mortgage company to work with helped guide us through the process. We were first time home building which was a lot different than buying a home already built. First United Bank made the process easy.

Our lending process required more detail than usual being that it was initially a construction loan. Harding worked with us from the beginning design and engineering to the end now a mortgage loan. A 2 year process for us. I had plenty of questions and concerns, being that it was my 1st time going this route for a home. Harding was really great at explaining the process on his area and my options available so that I would choose what worked best for us. He communicated timely even after hours to resolve any concerns. I definitely learned alot from Harding, he's knowledgeable. I will be working with him agian in time for refinancing. Harding has built great rapport with my husband and I, he understands our style.

Carlo and his team were very helpful with the loan process to purchase our new home. They kept in contact with us from first call of pr-approval all the way to closing date. They provided us with advice when choosing between First United and the builder's preferred lender. Explained every line of every disclosure sent to us. Any questions we had Carlo and his team were available even if it was 1030pm on a Sunday night. It was their constant contact, awesome consultation and all around pleasantness (felt no bad vibes at all!) that we chose to go with First United.

Our loan consultant, Harding McEldowney, was quick to get us pre-approved and guided us through the formal approval process. Closing was on time with formal approval days in advance

I recently had the pleasure of working with Debbie for my mortgage loan, and I must say that she was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process, which made it all go very smoothly.

One thing that really stood out to me about Debbie was her ability to explain complex mortgage-related concepts in a way that was easy for me to understand, this was a huge help to me and made me feel much more comfortable with the process.

My wife and I recently closed on our house with First United and we were very pleased with all of the hard work that Daniel Ganoe put forth. Daniel was very helpful and professional. He walked us through the whole process and explained everything step by step. If either of us had a question or needed anything he made sure to always be available. He was prompt in his email response and/or giving us a call back on the rare occasions that he didn't answer. We were very pleased with the services provided and would recommend working with Daniel.

Jen and her team are absolutely amazing! She was very helpful with all information that was presented to us about our loan and the process. Phenomenal experiences with Jen G. I have bought a total of 4 houses over the years in different states and this experience was by far the best.
